  Very Disappointing Experience My friend and I have been coming to this cinema for many years, and we have never experienced anything like this before. Last night, the screen room was extremely cold throughout the film. My friend, who has visited this cinema many times and has a physical health condition, became so uncomfortable that he had to leave halfway through the movie. He was very upset, as we had been looking forward to seeing the film. What made the situation even more disappointing was the response from the staff. We asked whether my friend could be offered another opportunity to see the movie on a different day, given that he was unable to stay because of the temperature, but this was refused. I also spoke to a member of staff called Dust, who told me that this is happening all the time now. If that is the case, then it is clearly an issue that needs to be addressed. After many years of being loyal customers, this experience has left us feeling very let down. Sadly, we will not be returning, even if it were the last cinema left in the world.

  Visited last night having been unable to go for two months following an accident. Staff were so accommodating of my needs and helping me get comfortable to enjoy the film. Thank you 🙏 such a great experience.

  They put prices up, plus more expensive if you sit in meddle row and even more if you sit in the back! What a ripp off! Plus we have to wipe off chocolate from the seats before sitting down 😡
