Cinema was fine but air con far too cold but much worse was the state of the toilets which were quite disgusting. Even the entry doors were stick and messy. The toilets really need regular professional cleaning.

so awful and overpriced - been twice now and neither were worth going. Tiny theatres, plus awful lighting, the first time i went the lighting was left on during the movie! Better to buy a train ticket and go to Stratford Vue; it’d probably cost you less too.

Went for a 4pm movie on a Saturday. Only 8 people in our screen for Spiderman. Whole place seemed empty in general. Never saw more then 10-12 customers altogether. I say this to say, why then are your toilets like that? 3 cubicles in the men's toilet by screen 2, all 3 covered in pee both on the seat and the surrounding floor, also with no toilet paper in any of the holsters. There were reviews online about your terrible toilets, but they were old, and your customer service team had responded so I had assumed it would be fixed. Lol. Anyone with any toilet issues, avoid.

Very clean and tidy. Nice comfortable seating. With very convenient parking. However as with all cinemas these days the price of snacks and refreshments is criminal.

Expensive for what it offers. The theatre had a corridor running through the middle, which I had never seen before, meaning each row only has one way in and out. There was also very little legroom, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. The cinema itself feels like it’s in need of renovation, and the overall experience didn’t justify the price. The screen was good, but unfortunately that was the highlight. Personally, I’d rather go into London, where you can often pay less and enjoy a much better cinema experience.
