  I went to see Disclosure Day and, by mistake, I ordered my food from a different Odeon cinema in Edinburgh. Fortunately, the manager was incredibly helpful and kind, assisting me in resolving the issue and arranging a refund, which I received within two days. I would like to sincerely thank him for his excellent customer service and support. I would also like to mention the food attendant at Odeon Lothian Road, who was very friendly and helpful throughout the experience. Excellent customer service from the whole team. It was greatly appreciated, and it made what could have been a stressful situation very easy to resolve. Thank you very much!

  Decent cinema. Seats can be a little uncomfortable though.

  Saw Hoppers here today. We were the only ones there! Huge shout out to the friendly staff member at the food&drinks desk (16.03. at 5:50ish), who offered to bring our drink to the screening room because the slushie machine needed some time to restart. Huge thanks to them 🙏
