  The most uncomfortable seats that we have every experienced in a cinema. The discomfort completly distracted my attenion away from the film

  Good quality cinema situated a short walk from an affordable car park. Tickets scanned at cinema entrance and they check about if you have purchased anything in advance. Food and drink prices are shown on screens behind counter which is different to other cinemas where you can't see popcorn prices! Screens are a good size, not too big and with plenty of leg room. We sat in the standard seats and had a clear view of the screen. Sound seemed slightly loud compared to what we are used to. We used Meerkat Movies which meant it was £7.95 for two adult tickets to a new film which was good (cheaper than a large popcorn!)

  Terrible experience. Upon arrival i was told my seat my broken and to sit in the seat next to the broken. Not regarding the fact it was someone else's seat! So just before the film started i had to rush to customer services and try and resolve this, as i was missing a seat. I explain that I'm frustrated and have been told false information. The manager comes out arms flailing and saying shes stressed out?? Why should your mistake/error be my fault. The manager was so unprofessional and tried making me feel like the bad guy for just wanting to watch a film in a seat. This should of been resolved before i arrived and the manager shouldn't of given me loads of poor excuses. The fact i had to chase it up made me feel like an idiot I will not be returning. Cinemas in 2026 are a joke. No air conditioning. Chairs are so worn out (my original seat was broken says it all) Streaming is also better quality then 720p cinema

  For a 3 hour film, I do not suggest you buy premium seats. Arm rests too high and leg room is minimal. Cinema itself was in good order, no mess anywhere and fair pricing. Next time would be buying standard seating.
