  terrible customer service,booked tickets inside cinema and need to cancel 2 days before movie but cannot do for me unless i go back to cinema which i cannot as i'm the other side of the country,wont help you online at all,oh well odeon lost another customer,

  First time coming here and i must say i did enjoy the film.I booked seats in the comfy seats which were situated right in front of the massive screen. Seats would have been better at the back rather then right up to the screen.When i did book a seat eventually after most seats were booked.There was no one there.Very strange!!!! I ordered sweet popcorn and recieved both salt and sweet.The film had just started and couldn't be bothered to take it back. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

  The Odeon is my #1 choice of venue to watch a film. It’s clean, spacious and the seats are super comfy (even the basic ones). Also you book online but the staff on site are really helpful - I have very solo and with a group of 22 and always enjoyed my experience.

  Probably the cleanest cinema I have ever been to. I have a mylimitless membership so I visit regularly and wowww clean. Also the staff are very friendly. Overall, the cinema is great. Only problem I have is that sometimes they just show so much of one movie but so little of others. But oh well

  Went last Wednesday, nothing too bad. The lighting in my cinema room was not great, maybe things have changed because of health and safety or something but it felt this cinema room was very light still when the film was on. The ambient lighting in this room was pretty bad when the film was actually on and dark scenes were not easy to watch. I have also confirmed with other people who saw the same movie as me that this wasn't a case of bad lighting/colours in the actual movie. Just wish they turned the lights off. Dark scenes were hard to make out. Would put me off going again
