  We arrived for the first show at 13.30, 30 minutes early. A member of staff went in and the doors stayed locked. We could see staff inside on their phones talking and laughing. At 13.15 a guy opened the door and said they'd be another 5 minutes, it was 10 minutes. The staff were pleasant but not eager to serve. The actual show started at 13.40, obviously not the film. We had popcorn which tasted like it was last night's warmed up and full of bits. The toilets were OK but obviously hasn't been checked as the ladies was short of toilet paper. Won't be going back

  Great experience but no reclining chairs as some modern cinemas have. Comfortable all the same. Cozy would be a fair description

  Very disappointing experience at ODEON Exeter. The screen size in Screen 2 is extremely small — nowadays many people have bigger and better home theatre setups at home. The theatre itself feels very old and poorly maintained. Even the flooring shakes and creaks when people walk, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable. The seats are another major disappointment. They feel like sitting on a 50-year-old sofa set — worn out, uncomfortable, and clearly overdue for replacement. For the ticket prices they charge, customers deserve much better seating and overall comfort. What is even more frustrating is that Malayalam movies are almost always assigned to this tiny screen. It honestly feels disrespectful to the audience. People pay the same ticket prices and deserve a proper cinema experience. The management seriously needs to rethink how they allocate screens and improve the maintenance of the theatre. Completely disappointing.

  Seats uncomfortable, usually quite dirty, last time I went the popcorn tasted like old grease. Not likely to ever come back unless they have a full refurb

  My son went into the odeon last week to buy some Michael Jackson merch they cups £13.99 once the film was released on sat 22nd they stopped selling to the public only could buy with a drink etc went today to watch the film what cups were left didn’t have the straws mentioned to lady only sell if you buy a drink so I did on looking the receipt they have put the price upto £18.99 for a Michael cup plus £1 to be filled with chosen drink then give you the straw, this is very wrong to do this change the price over the days, such a rip off £19.99 for a cup & drink
