  Was fine. Same parking issues that appearing all over, greedy parking companies so make sure you validate your parking as soon as you walk in. Small white screen on the right side wall of the building past costa

  Definitely on the pricier side however this is the most comfortable cinema I have visited. Lovely recliners with a pull over table. Staff are friendly and there’s lots of choice for refreshments, including a costa. Really wouldn’t waste your money on their popcorn though, every time i’ve bought some it’s been chewy and hardly any flavour, aside from that I have no complaints about this place, always have a great experience!

  ⭐️3.5/5 stars⭐️ My recent visit to this cinema offered a generally good experience. The staff were very polite and professional. However, the pricing for snacks was quite shocking. A small packet of Minstrels, for example, cost over £4, which feels excessive when I could purchase three or four packets for the same price at a regular shop. Additionally £8 for one hotdog is a bit much as I could buy 12 for £8 somewhere else. Furthermore, the seating could be improved. While comfortable, the recline function only fully engages if your feet are elevated, which wasn't ideal as I prefer to lean back with my feet slightly lower. These two issues unfortunately detract from an otherwise enjoyable visit, leading me to rate it 3 stars. Additionally, I feel like I had to look up with my neck which could bring on neck pain. As the seats were all on the ground whilst the screen was up. I feel like the seats should have been higher up, so I could look straight at the screen and not up.

  Having moved the Business from Alfreton to Derby in March 2026 our cut through from the A38 to the unit at Perkins yard is through the metoer centre and we see the cinema everyday. My work colleague told me good things about the chairs etc. We attended this weekend and it didn't disappoint, good clean environment, fresh drinks, nice comfortable chairs. We will be back many times. Team SprayMasters approve it 👌

  Never really thought about leaving a review for my local cinema after going there for years, but here I am! It’s changed a lot over the years and since its refurbishment a few years ago it’s come a long way. It’s easy to order food either through the ODEON app or at the self-service kiosks, and the whole cinema is clean, modern and well laid out. Now for the important part: the screens and seating. The reclining seats are really comfortable, and the tables with built-in food and drink holders are a great touch. The picture quality is excellent, and the sound is seriously impressive. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add an IMAX screen. I know they have iSense, which is fantastic, but for film fans like me it would be amazing to experience movies in IMAX, especially the ones that are specifically made for the format. Other than that, this is my favourite cinema in Derby and The Odyssey was incredible!
