  Worst cinema I've ever been to. Expensive. Uncomfortable seats. Small screen. Not good food hygiene.

  My and my mum went to odean recently and we regularly go this cinema to watch a movie or get drinks and we normally have a good experience but there is one person works there his name is Jordan he is very rude and impolite to my mum for no reason as my mum was paying for a drink and popcorn bucket and didn't apologise for his behaviour instead refused to serve us as my mum told him he is not talking nicely and someone else served us who was very kind and helpful I kind of feel put off going there now cause of jordan

  Staff at Coventry were great Wed evening, after a stressful few hours earlier trying to sort out our bookings on a useless customer service chatbot, and a person on web chat who couldn't help at all, not even raise customer feedback! The 3 guys in Coventry really helped us out, and saved Odeon who don't have a phone line anymore. If there is an issue forget Odeon customer services use the staff in the cinema.

  The foyer very clean and staff where able to answer my questions . The cinema experience was something else , and sadly to the negative. The seats in screen 16 are appalling. The leg room for a premium seat was terrible, limeted legroom , no recliner seats and ruined the whole experience. I was lucky to have a free ticket through LLoyds bank, but the price point of 18.99 for a 'premium ' seat in a 3d veiwing feels like a washed ticket and I wish I had used this at the Nuneaton Odean as I had a much better experience there. I personally would expect all modern cinema screens to have recliner chair s as standard these days (this may be the case in other screens) overall a poor film experience Updated 26.05.26 It was screen 6 not 16 (my mistake ) but im guessing ODEAN uses Ai as this is a 9 screen cinema. Makes the responses to these reviews totally meaningless. I would recommend Nuneaton Odean to anyone going to a the ODEAN cinema.
