  I'm going to this cinema for nearly 10 years now, before even turned into Luxe. Even after Cineworld opened which is just 5 minutes away from me. Never had any issues with cleanliness, always tidy and the recliner seats are to die for! The tech is class leading, really nice picture and sound. My biggest issue is with the prices. Charging this much for popcorn and a soft drink is outrageous, even in this economy. My popcorn was stale and soft, definitely not fresh, but the movie already started and I didn't want to waste time with making a complaint. Really baffled, as the cinema was busy so the popcorn should've been fresh. Going to the movies shouldn't be treated as a luxury activity, spending 60£ for 2 people (tickets+2 popcorn+2 coke) is really expensive. This is not Warrington's Odeon's issue alone, just a general rant about cinema prices.

  The seats are very comfortable, the screen rooms are really spacious and great. The cinema is very clean, and the staff are friendly.

  Great cinema, great staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful especially ABS who helped save a disasterous day out with my grandson when we found we had booked tickets online for the wrong cinema. ABS was so kind and sorted everything out for us. You really went above and beyond to make our day. Thank you

  Really easy to get to good parking nice friendly and clean in side good seats to sit comfortably watching your chosen movie

  Absolutely abhorrent customer service, I made a booking using a voucher and have had to cancel it last minute, however the app does not allow voucher cancellations, and the chatbot that would usually solve this does this no longer, sending anyone trying to talk to an agent in a constant cycle of queuing them and then resetting its protocols without telling you. This frustrating process is only worsened by the lack of ability to talk to anyone over the phone due to every single number no longer working, even the individual branch such as this one. If you are thinking of making a booking here, think again if you are under the impression the customer service will be anything but time consuming and unhelpful.
