  Subtitles ruined the film. Wasn’t clearly advertised upon booking and nothing in the email conf to suggest the film would be Audio Described either. Everyone in the cinema was confused and multiple people got up to complain - at least 5 or 6. Found the subs really distracting and it destroyed the tension of watching a horror film when you can predict what will be said next.

  So hot. You would think they would have Aircon. Well they don't. Take a personal fan and water. Toilets were not great. Seats were plastic so stuck to them and you feel cramped. Not a lot of space. I recommend going in winter as it gets hot (can't express enough how uncomfortable it was, it detracts from the film). I also recommend parking on Asda multi car park so you are straight at it and it's free as most other car parks are pay and display. Bring a little back pack and while you are at Asda car park go into Asda and grab some drinks and save a few quid before you go in. 😉

  Sorry, but your ordering and queuing system is really disappointing. I ordered a Coke at the till and then had to wait around 10 minutes just to collect it. By that point, I was already watching the film, and having to stand in the same queue as people who had only just arrived to place their orders didn't feel right. If customers order and pay at the till, drinks should either be handed over immediately or there should be a separate collection point for completed orders. This was my first visit to Northwich, and unfortunately it will also be my last unless the customer experience improves.
