  Jobs worth ruined the evening. My sons and their friends , 5 boys went to the Northwich Odeon last night to see a 15 rated film. Asked for their ID so I had to text a copy of their passports to them. 3 boys all aged 15 but the other 2 couldn’t get ID sent over so they wouldn’t let them in.! I honestly can’t believe this. It’s obvious all the boys are the same age, a woman was going to let them through but a sad jobsworth bloke came over and said no. Ruined all their evening so thanks for that you sad little man. Off to Vue tonight and won’t be using Odeon again so well done…

  Watched the new movie obsession there, loved the seating arrangements in Screen 4, specifically the little trays as well as the typical cup holder, very comfortable chairs even in standard and great surround sound and screen.

  Was treated poorly by manager for using CEA card twice to get a free ticket. I didnt know u wernt allowed to do that. Her attitude towards me was discusting and poor. I will be reporting her behaivour elsewear.

  Took my 10 yr old daughter and 8 yr old niece to watch 'Faraway Tree' last week, film was great, they loved it but why on earth was it so loud. There was absolutely no need to have the sound that loud. I actually witnessed a lady asking someone who worked there if they had any ear defenders for her child as the sound level was too much for her child. It does make me wonder if there is a safe dB level for children in a cinema.
