- APAndreia Pessoa4 days ago2.0Odeon, sort the adverts out. I went twice in two days and spent over £150. While I have to say the staff were genuinely lovely, helpful, and welcoming, 30 minutes of adverts before the film is absolutely ridiculous. I went to watch The Mandalorian on Friday and had to leave early because I needed to do the school run, assuming the film would start much sooner not sit through endless commercials first. People pay premium cinema prices to watch the film, not half an hour of ads. Amazing staff, terrible ad experience.

They were so much helpful to help find my little one’s wallet she had missed at the Cinemas🙏🏻❤️ I had to bother them in the nick of time when the movie was about to start. They personally offered undivided attention to get it from the ‘Lost and Found’ Great customer service. I hope they are duly acknowledged. Thank you Ram

I had to quit seeing the film .....he let his friends in before 1 o'clock and to me and others it had to be one o'clock. Don't think in my opinion that he is suitable for that job and neither is the pink hair security woman... He does not try to help or solve problems that people have ..... I am never coming back ...I am 70 . Owners of Odeon start giving your people customer care lessons.
