  I came here for the first time last Saturday to watch Obsession (watch by yourself at your own risk!). I was unsure about using the self-service machines but the lovely gentleman downstairs helped me book my ticket and buy popcorn, and explained the collection process to me kindly. I did have to wait a little while for my food however it was extremely busy with other people waiting too, and there was only one girl doing all of the orders by herself. I can't fault the service I received at all, but I do hope that this isn't a regular occurrence as it seems unreasonable to leave one staff member to manage all the orders alone. The screen I was in was clean and the sound/visual quality was amazing! Not to mention they also had someone offering samples of food as I came into the downstairs foyer. I'm excited to return as I thoroughly enjoyed my time here!

  Very disappointed with the IMAX screening of Disclosure Day, the screening wasn't in IMAX so was false advertising really. Paid a lot of money and wasn't really much different from a normal screen. The food system is awful, queued 10 minutes to order pic n mix at a machine, then waited a further 10 minutes for the empty cup. Lots of very cross looking customers waiting a long time for their orders.

  Crafty. Enticed by Vodafone offer clearly stating this cinema is included and two tickets will be £13. Only I was charged £30.58. Seems I need a Masters in their booking system to ever find the right seats and screen type. Plus there is no one policing inside the screen so the noisy family sat next to us chatting away were completely unchecked.

  Great New Cinema to have on your doorstep. iSENSE & iMAX are superb. Joined up to limitless for £20 a month. You can get the best seats in the House. Been twice this week so far and watched Mandalorin (6.5/10) and He Man (3/10) Friendly staff & clean toilets and relaxing seating area . Super Duper ♥️

  If it wasn’t for the seats I would give it less. The seats are amazing if only the rest of the experience lived up to it. I visited last night and won’t rush back. In fact I will actively avoid going again. The staff seem poorly trained and confused and the environment is cold and anything but relaxing. The initial person serving us was borderline uninterested / rude. We ordered drinks, popcorn and two plant hot dogs with onions. Big mistake. It took more than 35 minutes to get the hotdogs even though we were told it would be two minutes. They eventually arrived with no sign of the onions, I didn’t even bother to ask as lord knows what wait that would entail. I got an apology for the long wait but no offer of anything off the bill, again well trained staff with decent management would have handled this situation much better with the offer of money off our drinks or something. Luckily we arrived early for our movie so didn’t miss the start. This is so far from ‘luxe’.
