  Lovely theatre with friendly staff. The theatre was a bit warm watching a show with the weather being hot.

  I was there yesterday in a group. Had a great time. There's a couple of bars (bit £), not many toilets, staff are friendly. Very clean, I'd go back!

  Apart from the theatre itself, the play was gut wrenching and traumatising as the plights of a Syrian migrant family is played out.

  Very disappointed with the ticket cancellation and Ticket Protection process. I paid £70.72 for two tickets and an additional £6.00 for Ticket Protection. A total of £76.72 is not a small amount of money, especially when customers are purchasing extra protection for peace of mind. Unfortunately, due to a knee injury and serious family circumstances, I have been unable to attend the show. When I tried to use the Ticket Protection, the process was confusing and extremely frustrating. It feels like I paid extra for something that is very difficult to use when it is actually needed. I understand that terms and conditions apply, but customers who pay for Ticket Protection should be able to expect a straightforward and supportive process when genuine unforeseen circumstances arise. The theatre itself may be excellent, but my experience with the booking, cancellation and Ticket Protection system has been very disappointing. I hope the process can be improved so that future customers receive the support they believe they are paying for. Very frustrating and poor customer experience.
