  Went to see supergirl at 12.50 only to be told that showing never exists as movie still had 25 minutes left when we arrived and next showing wasn't planned until 1.40. As I wasn't the only disappointed person, must of been 25+ other people who booked this 12.50 showing, after being offered refund or wait, ( food and drinks melting) we decided like most of the others to wait. Luckily no one had booked our seats for the 1.40 showing as that would have been interesting 🤔, After standing and waiting for over 30 minutes it would have been nice to be offered something/anything, Rather than a simple apology, Personally it Was hard to enjoy the movie as I kept looking to make sure no one was coming in to try and sit in our seats, My drink was no longer a ice blast and my chocolate had melted by the time we were able to enter and sit. Disappointment,

  This was our first visit to ODEON Milton Keynes, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. At the food and drinks area, we waited in one queue only to be told to use another till. The staff member who served us was not particularly welcoming and appeared unhappy that we had not used the self-service kiosks. We were also not given the collection ticket for our order. At the collection counter, staff were unsure what we had ordered and we had to place the order again, causing further delays while our film had already started. This created unnecessary stress and frustration. Once inside the screen, we spent several minutes struggling to locate Row G. The row markings were difficult to see, and standing in the dark searching for our seats was both embarrassing and upsetting. Overall, what should have been an enjoyable evening became stressful. Better staff communication and clearer row signage would greatly improve the customer experience.

  I recently visited Odeon Milton Keynes to watch Disclosure Day in Screen 5. The screen felt a little smaller than I expected, but the seats were comfortable and made for a pleasant viewing experience. I also bought a slushy, although it was prepared by a member of staff. Personally, I would have preferred a self-serve slushy station so I could mix the flavours myself. Overall, I had a good visit and enjoyed my time at the cinema.

  Appalling communication and ownership of problems. Film showing today in imax was delayed from 11:00 by half an hour. Zero communication. Just before film starts an employee comes in speaks to only the front row and walked away. We had to shout across the audience to ask what was said only to find the projection was broken. Zero interest in telling anyone else in theatre. No apology no alternative just go to till for your voucher. It was clear there was no managerial steer or customer service at play today.

  Watched obsession!! Was my first time at an odeon. Ample and free parking for 4 hours. The odeon was clean, spacious. The small theatre that we were in was quite spacious and considerably larger than a cineworld small theatre. Seats were leather and comfy but didn't recline. We didn't get any food or snacks so can't comment on that. Overall had a great time.
