The cinema itself was nice and seats very comfy. One out of 4 of the members of staff we saw was very nice and helpful. The other three were rude and extremely unhelpful. One member of staff got very defensive, as if I was having a moan at her (which I wasn't). All I was asking was for some assistance and she was instantly rude and speaking down to me. Can't stand rude people. Will not be going back in a hurry.

Absolutely appalled by a specific staff member who walked in after movie finished shouting at us in a disrespectful manner and tone making claims we were having our phones out during the film when we never did. For them to have some viewers behind us making remarks as we were leaving whilst the staff member stood there. Felt as though it was racially motivated by customers who were claiming that we were being loud when we were just watching and enjoying the movie on a relax weekend off. Ridiculous never has this ever happened. Won't be coming here again to Odeon. Normalising behaviour like this as though I didn't pay money to sit on the chairs we chose. Can specify we watched the new insidious. Appalling attitude from member of staff. Please don't go here if you're a person of colour I guess they like to condone racial micro aggressions. Never felt like such a inconvenience for watching a movie

Unfortunately, I won’t be visiting this cinema again due to the parking situation. I received a £60 parking ticket during my visit, and while I appreciate that the cinema itself may not be directly responsible, I do think they should be working with the car park owners to arrange free or validated parking for customers, as was previously the case.
This used to be a great location largely because of how convenient and easy the parking was. Without that benefit, it makes visiting much less appealing, which is a real shame. Hopefully an agreement can be reached in the future, as I’d otherwise be happy to return.

I had visited this cinema today to bring my son to watch a movie as we had time and I wanted to surprise him. Everything was perfectly fine, he was very happy and excited and all we had left was to wait for popcorn and drink meals. I want to clarify my son is autistic and sometimes he may be a little loud or run about, but I kept him close to me. As we waited for the food we had purchased, one of the workers walking by had looked at us (mainly my son) quite weirdly. I didn't think anything of it at first till him and another worker had both looked at each other trying not to laugh, while looking over at my son? This destroyed me because it was clear it wasn’t a coincidence. We got our food/drinks, I managed to catch the first workers name it was “Martin”? not sure if I have misspelt that, and I didn’t catch the other workers name but he was ginger haired. God forbid this isn't a daily occurrence for other parents or caregivers with special needs children.

Went to see the Oddessey - great movie - cinema very nice - sound great. However, ODEON on online ticketing a shambles.
On my first order they asked me to confirm on my banking app - which I did then they did not complete the order and send me a confirmation BUT still charged me.
I have tried with their online system to speak/deal with a human but after waiting online 3 hrs still no resolution - their online chat system failed. They still have my money for tickets that I could not use - I guess I will need to try with them online again tomorrow to see if I can get it resolved.
ODEON sort out support for your customers - it is really letting you down - having a robot chat feature that just keeps giving you the same answer or passing you on to a que that then takes more than 70 minutes to get back to you is not good enough.
UPDATE - raised the mischarge via e-mail to customer services a week ago - no response so far. ODEAN quick to take your money but impossible to get it back when they get it wrong
