  Very nice theatre. Seating a little hard but varied choice available depending on what you want to pay. Nice lobby and bar area. Food and drink is expensive but to be expected at this type of venue.

  Second visit here, I like it, however, this time the weather was so hot that we sat and watched the show drenched in sweat as there was no air conditioning. The theatre need to update their refurbishment and install air conditioning. I spent 40.00 on a classic bundle that wasn't delivered to my seat as highlighted online but given to me at the bar. The popcorn was too big and we didn't get any complimentary water as the front row in the cheap stalls got!! It won't put me off as the theatre is great not quite sheffield city hall though.

  Flawless service, but a shame about the temperature. I cannot praise the staff enough. They were so welcoming, friendly and courteous that it was a pleasure to interact with them. I'm sure the overall experience might be more enjoyable at a different time of year, but the theatre does not have any temperature control that is suitable for providing comfort for customers in the summer heat. There were two enormous fans by the theatre doors that were so noisy that they had to be switched off for the performance, and the heat was unbearable. The lead singer of the band commented on how hot the theatre was several times. With summer temperatures rising in the UK, installing a proper air conditioning system in the theatre is long overdue, as the temperature really detracted from what should have been a lovely evening.
