  Watching The Odyssey (3 hrs) in screen 5 on a warm summer evening. Not great. Too warm, sweating. Given the price of tickets, you'd expect there would be AC or some ventilation. Sadly the heat took away from enjoying the movie. Something management need to address. I will dev be avoiding watching anything here on a warm day.

  Great cinema and excellent Costa inside. Got served by Prabjeet who was so kind and friendly, and my latte was perfect. Recliners are comfortable and good value, especially if you buy the seats for a midweek film. Our go-to cinema.

  I went to watch Spiderman Brand New Day with some friends, and we booked for a 3D viewing. The movie was great, the seats were comfy and only just a little overpriced. My critisisms though are that is was quite dirty, as the rows were littered with popcorn, and you had to pay for the 3D glasses, and they were not even of good quality either. But otherwise it was an enjoyable experience. I will come back to ODEON Luxe Broadway Plaza again.

  Visited this cinema yesterday. Purchased popcorn and drinks. Ordered at one counter and moved down to the next counter to collect.Whilst waiting for my food order I noticed the counter was filthy, spilt drink, popcorn bits, hotdog sauce with flies landing on it. Looked like it hadn't been wiped for hours. Bearing in mind this is the food counter. This made me look around the rest of the food prep area. A member of staff was cleaning one the the food machines down, then put the spray bittle and blue roll down and came over and started filling up popcorn tubs. I asked her is that my food order? She looked at the number and said my number. I said I don't want that,I've just watched you using chemicals and cleaning dirty machines. Could you please wash your hands first before you serve me.She then put the tub down with a huff and went and washed her hands. She came back and served me and remained polite and professional.To top it off it looked like there had been a toddler party behind the counter as there was so much popcorn on the floor. I will not be returning here in a hurry. Spiderman film, Brand new day was awesome tho!!!☺️

  I had a really bad experience watching Spider-Man on Screen 6 at 7:30PM today. A woman kept using her phone to record videos of herself and her surroundings, using the flashlight as well. This was really distracting and annoying, so I left to let a member of staff know that she was using her phone. The security guard walked in for a few seconds and then left, after which the lady resumed using her phone on high brightness and recording videos. A few minutes later, I started to smell smoke from a vape, so I looked around and saw the same woman vaping. This was quite rude and uncomfortable due to the smell. After the movie was over, I went and spoke to a member of staff, who called his manager. The manager was apologetic. However, while she was handing us the compensation for the bad experience, she said, “Let us know next time so that something like this doesn’t happen.” I really didn’t appreciate this comment, as I had already informed a member of staff earlier and had missed some of my movie to do so. I had already reported the issue, so being told to “let us know next time” felt quite rude and unfair. I am quite unhappy with my visit.
