I have long been a regular at this Odeon, yet the newer security guard has been rude and made unnecessary remarks during my last few visits (three times in the past week). My family and I went to see Resident Evil for my brother’s 16th birthday party; he stopped my mother and brother to demand ID, and when my mother said we had forgotten it, he said, ‘this isn’t Pakistan, but England’. What does Pakistan have to do with this? Is it because my mother was wearing a hijab? As an ethnic person himself, he should be ashamed. After that comment, we simply left the cinema. I will not return and may end my limitless journey here. I plan to start going to the other company’s cinema across the road.

Disgusting toilets. Paper all over the floor, 2 of 3 had driers not working and filthy. Taps filthy. Why do so many places neglect toilets,no one likes cleaning them but its so important. I had a great reclining seat. Wonderful sound and big screen ... but my memory will be the disgusting toilets and my companion said the men's were awful too.

Recently went to watch verity in screen 2 - the cinema was packed full of people and it was so hot! So at the start of the film I approached a member of staff and asked if there was anything that could be done - the lady was so friendly and immediately raised the issue with her manager who was able to sort this out straight away! I really did appreciate this - this is the best experience I have had at an Odeon cinema and I will be coming back here! Thank you for such lovely customer service :)

Seats were very comfortable however there was popcorn that had been left on my seat so cleaning must’ve been a bit hit or miss, however it was very minor. iSense screen is massive and is truly game changing and the audio is 10/10. 3 hours free parking is also very good to have when working in the car park below.

Very disappointing experience today. Our film was due to start at 12:50pm. After about 30 minutes of adverts, the screen went black and the film never started. We waited until 1:45pm, but nobody came to explain what was happening and there was no one available to help us. We eventually had to leave. We lost our money and over an hour of our time for absolutely nothing. Technical issues happen, but the complete lack of communication and customer service was extremely disappointing. We expect a full refund.
