  Room 8..what the hell is that about? Its so small! People behaved awful throughout, they was taking footage and it wasn't dealt with it was stinky aswell and had no feeling of being in a cinema, more like a police holding room which was probably comfortable and familiar for most of the people that was in there. I won't be coming back, this place needs to be renovated.

  Standard cinema. Although was a bit unsure about where to sit as I booked a seat but it had yellow tape all on that side? Luckily there were empty seats but I think there should be a bit of information before booking if we cant sit on our seats?

  On a weekend visit for a wedding. Went in to see Tony which was very good. Cinema was very dated, the toilet near screen 6 had a lifted floor. Seats in screen 6 were not what im used to at the odeon luxe in Middlesbrough, no recliners here. Screen was also more like a big TV. Staff were as polite and professional as ive come to expect at an Odeon. Whole cinema needs a refurb. Did love the art deco sign outside but expected a better experience as an unlimited member.

  This cinema is in need of serious renovation. The carpets, walls, paint decor just looks really old and run down. There is no baby changing facilities and the disabled toilets were out of order. The screen was ok but Nothing like modern Odeon cinemas. The aisles need lights so we can see the row numbers. We booked seats in the fairly middle of the rows in screen 2 but our view was blocked due to the steep stair angle. I ended up moving to better seats once everyone had sat down. I would avoid coming here as it's just an old dated cinema. I'm not sure if there is air conditioning but the cinema was boiling hot, very uncomfortable to sit in.

  Genuinely the worst cinema I’ve ever been to in my life. The smell in the corridors was awful, and the carpets looked so old. When we sat in our ‘premium’ seats (which we paid extra for), this was the view we had. You couldn’t see the bottom of the screen! The temperature was also so warm, and the entire place just felt cramped. We literally had people talking loudly throughout the screening, and it seemed like staff didn’t care. It might be good for the management team to actually improve the service rather than writing automatic responses to these reviews. First and last time ever going here; way better cinemas around Birmingham, find a different one instead.
