  Worst cinema experience of my life. Started with the 3D not working, but that was rectified after some of us went out to speak to staff. Throughout the film there was constant disturbance, someone played music, another person answered the phone. Multiple people talking and taking pictures with flash. Someone put the torch on and was using their 3D glasses to make a shadow across the screen. Food was being thrown. I get that a member of staff cannot always be present but this was a consistent issue throughout the movie and if checks were happening this could have been stopped. Threats were being made to anyone who asked them to be quiet, and at the end of the movie a staff member just stood there watching as two men nearly swung at each other. I completely and wholeheartedly understand not wanting to get involved, especially as a woman, but go and get someone else instead of just standing there!? Ruined the experience and I completely regret suggesting we go watch Supergirl to my partner.

  It's ok but a couple of things I want to point out is that a few times I have been the audience are very loud and interrupt the movie, I know that this is not the cinemas fault but it would be nice if the staff kicked them out or had a word. Another issue is that every screening i walk into is very dark, the lights could be on during the ads. I have to turn on my phone flashlight every time.

  DO NOT GET ANY VOUCHERS! Used a £10 voucher to get a £6.50 ticket and they forced me to pay £2 separately to book it. Their customer service is awful, another company that puts AI everywhere.

  On the past 2 occasions I have been here we have seen rats inside the cinema. On the first time, the rat ran up the middle of the seats, and the second, we saw it run under the screen 5 doors. The staff said they ‘are aware’ of the rat issue, but offered no indication that anything is being done to fix the problem. The rats will be visible on the venue CCTV.

  Definitely one of the worst cinemas I've been too. Very outdated, quite smelly, basic screen and uncomfortable seats. Just glad I got one of the end seats since the leg room isn't the best. On the plus side, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Shame they don't have a nicer cinema to work in. Really could do with a refurb with it being right in the centre of the second city!
