  The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and the bathrooms are consistently clean. However, as a very frequent cinema-goer and film buff who visits at least three times a week and has a Limitless membership, I’m disappointed by the consistently poor condition of the screens. They appear to be covered in dust, smudges and a grey, hazy film that noticeably affects picture clarity and can be incredibly distracting when watching a film. All screens are in SERIOUS need of a thorough clean. It’s a shame, because otherwise the experience is good, but the state of the screens genuinely detracts from the enjoyment of watching films here.

  Went to the bath oden today to wacth a film with my daughter and her friend both 18 and both look over 18 as well , I brought tickets before we left home , the staff member said my daughter couldn’t get in because she hasn’t got ID the film was a 15, tried to get a refund but the system was down so couldn’t, the help line was useless, the staff were extremely rude

  Good sound and screen but very uncomfortable seats. Unlikely to go to the Bath Odeon again

  We went in august to see the new spider man film. The staff were helpful and friendly and the drinks we got were to good standard for the price. There wasn’t any air-con in the screen we were in, they did have two commercial fans at the front of the screen to try and help but no one felt the difference. We paid for premier seats and there wasn’t a notable difference compared to the other seats so I wouldn’t recommend upgrading.

  The climate control has been broken for 2 months now. The temperature is too hot, we thought we would try again since the temperature has gone down a little bit but it's still far too uncomfortable inside the cinema. Plus, both mens cubicles were out of order again. We'll just drive to another cinema next time, annoyingly, because it's too uncomfortable and the toilets are gross.
