  We went in august to see the new spider man film. The staff were helpful and friendly and the drinks we got were to good standard for the price. There wasn’t any air-con in the screen we were in, they did have two commercial fans at the front of the screen to try and help but no one felt the difference. We paid for premier seats and there wasn’t a notable difference compared to the other seats so I wouldn’t recommend upgrading.

  The climate control has been broken for 2 months now. The temperature is too hot, we thought we would try again since the temperature has gone down a little bit but it's still far too uncomfortable inside the cinema. Plus, both mens cubicles were out of order again. We'll just drive to another cinema next time, annoyingly, because it's too uncomfortable and the toilets are gross.

  Enjoyable experience. On one of the hottest days of the year, with the air con broken, Odeon put everything into making it a comfortable experience. Portable air con units kept Screen 5 at a nice temperature (dare I say, nicer than usual as I didn't need a jumper!) Only 4 stars, as we didn't get the ice cream I would have liked on the way in - it is ridiculously expensive.

  My granddaughter and I went today to see Toy Story 5. Initially a positive experience with a helpful staff member who helped me purchase tickets and drinks. The problem was when we entered screen room 6. OMG… the stench! The cinema stank like a stable full of fresh dung. What on earth happened and why was it left to smell like that?? We hoped to get used to the smell but guess what… we didn’t and had sit for two hours with that disgusting stink. Please, Odeon, sort out your personal hygiene if you want customers to return. Very disappointed….

  An absolute disgrace. Paying £13.95 for a film for premiere seating for a boiling room?! Everyone was uncomfortable and one person had an anxiety attack because of how claustrophobic and stuffy it felt. We left 15 minutes into the film because I felt dizzy. The air con, I was told by a friend when I complained to her, has apparently been down for over a MONTH?! I’ll be contacting the managerial team for a full refund for the two tickets we spent our money on. Shameful! This is Bath, and this is the biggest cinema in the city. This is unacceptable and the team responsible only pretends to care about what the PAYING customers are complaining about. FIX IT!
