Jump Time is an awesome place to throw the little ones birthday parties! I love they let your party jump around before and after the party if needed. They work with you.

I’ve been here multiple times but the last time I took the kids, the arcade games were all working, I saw someone cleaning and sanitizing the equipment, and it was not overly crowded (Saturday afternoon). I was impressed with this upgrade!

We love this place! After the remodel it definitely improved our experience. As a mom I love the attentiveness of the staff on the floors. I stay present with my kids but for those unattended the staff is always paying attention to them extra and I appreciate seeing that. The food is better than normal concessions but nothing mind blowing. Great for kids dinner. I don't like how the arcade is always half broke down. Like many other families I bring my kids out to be active and off games so the arcade being down doesn't change my rate. I'd just love to see use of the area for the smaller kids.

I’m really upset with how our visit went today. My toddler became attached to one of the red balls from the jump house. For over 10 minutes, staff watched him take it in and out and said absolutely nothing. Then suddenly, after he was fully attached, someone finally told him he couldn’t have it anymore.
Anyone with toddlers knows that giving them free access and then abruptly taking it away is guaranteed to cause a meltdown. It’s unfair to the kids and the parents. If the rule is “balls stay inside,” it needs to be communicated and enforced from the start — not after letting him play freely with it.
We ended up having to leave, and I had to request a refund on my $58 food order because he just couldn’t recover emotionally from the situation the staff created.
The worst part? This is one of the only fun local places for my child, and he truly loves it. But after this experience, I honestly don’t want to come back. I’m torn because he enjoys it so much, but the inconsistency from staff made what should’ve been a happy outing incredibly stressful.
I hope management seriously improves communication and consistency with rules, especially in a place designed for toddlers. It makes all the difference.
