Great especially if you go with a group of friends! Arcade is fun most of the claw machines and games aren’t rigged and are pretty easy to win. Not that large of a trampoline area but enough for the amount
of people that are in there. Go carts are very fun and not lame they aren’t slow either! Obstacle course is a nice touch. Didn’t try the VR or laser tag. Would highly recommend, definitely coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As an 16 year old teen who has came here 3 times. It honestly isn’t that fun anymore, and has got boring. The pass I had included everything: Jumping, laser tag, go karts, arcade tickets, and climbing. The arcade games are so expensive, it’s only 40 tickets and almost every game is 20 and 8 tickets. The climbing is nearly always closed. The foam pits are so low, half my energy was getting out of the pits. The basketball hoops only had 2 balls, I had to wait about 30 minutes just for one ball. After I had it, it felt like it was no point in playing with it. The dodgeball was honestly horrible. Staff was inside aiming for smaller kids, teenagers were aiming for smaller kids. It was seriously segregation. The bigger kids who knew how to play were on one side, and the smaller kids who were just bouncing around getting absolutely hammered with the dodgeballs were on the opposite side. I went in the recoil racing building while my jumping time was still active… I waited 35 minutes, to be fair it was a group in front of me but they only let like 4 people on the track. When I was almost next in line the staff finally gave me a ski mask. It was dirty, it literally smelt like someones breath and hair. The staff looked at me confused as if he didn’t intentionally give me it while there were ones in the box still within a plastic bag. 20 minutes later, I try and go with some people in front of me. I am stopped. I sit on the floor in line, wait at least 10 minutes, then i’m up. Up for the go karting right? Wrong. I leave and go back into the main building. Where I satisfy my time doing flips and jumping into nearly empty foam pits. And blistering my hand on the mini obstacle courses, and using those blistered hands to get out of that empty pit. Laser tag honestly was ok, no complaints. Laser tag is… Laser tag. How could you go wrong? My overall rating of this trampoline park is an 6.2/10. I get more bang for my buck at urban air.

My boys always have a fabulous time at Recoil, with jumping on the trampolines and playing the arcade games. I wanted to add a special review also about their integrity as a business. I went to get two arcade cards from the self serve kiosk and somehow added $600 to the two cards and presented my card for payment. I immediately went to the counter and spoke with Taylor who called her boss because the self serve kiosk does not connect to their system. After everyone was called to see about getting my transaction canceled it was deemed that they couldn't do it since it didn't communicate with their own system and wanted to still help me out because it was an exorbitant amount and willingly gave me cash back for the transaction. That meant so much to be in the values of owning a business. I appreciate it and, of course, will always come back to enjoy their facility!
