  Saw a great movie, but they kept giving misinformation. The lines for concession we not handled in a timely manner. I would rather have a kiosk that I can push buttons. The things we paid for were never brought to us and then we waited a long time for a refund even after the movie.

  Look here at the Tavern the prices are good the food is good and you don’t have to break your wallet to enjoy a good time with the family

  Worst customer service I’ve experienced here in over 10 years. I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for a decade, but my experience tonight was extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable. Earlier in the evening, I called because I had already purchased about $60 worth of tickets for my family to see the new Mario movie. Due to having autistic children, I made the decision not to attend that particular showtime to avoid disturbing other guests. When I called, I was told there were no rain checks or accommodations available. There was no understanding, empathy, or attempt to offer a solution. We later came back and purchased tickets again, and the experience only got worse. The employee in charge had a clear attitude from the start. I was rushed during the transaction because I didn’t have my Magic Member number ready, and instead of being helpful, she was dismissive and impatient. There was also no assistance with seating. All of the handicap-accessible spots were occupied by individuals who did not appear to need them, and no effort was made to address this or help accommodate my family’s needs. To make matters worse, while I stepped aside to purchase additional tickets for my daughter and myself, the same employee came over and began sweeping aggressively around me, as if to intentionally make me uncomfortable. It felt unnecessary and disrespectful. Overall, I felt that my children and I were treated unfairly, especially considering their needs. This experience lacked basic customer service, compassion, and professionalism. After 10 years of support, I will not be returning to this establishment. I strongly recommend management review the conduct of the staff working tonight.
