- KRKatie RyanJan 3, 20261.0Online food ordering system wasn’t allowing us to order food, flagged down manager who told us that for whatever reason the online order system must have gone down and the only option to get food was to leave the theater and go to the front of the building to order, by this point the movie had already started so obviously we didn’t want to leave the theater and miss the movie. Really disappointing because the only reason we came to this movie theater was to be able to order from the seats and eat during the movie.

The movie itself was great — good sound, good screen — but the rest of the experience didn’t match that level. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap, and it arrived cold and not worth the $17 price. Parts of our group’s order were missed, and we had to step out of the movie to get it corrected. The popcorn, which came out first, was also cold. My child wouldn’t eat the kids’ pizza, saying it didn’t taste right and was cold as well. The ordering system requires choosing a delivery time in advance, but it doesn’t seem to be managed well. We scheduled our food for about 25 minutes into the movie and didn’t receive it until roughly 25–30 minutes after that time. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned between showings, and the trash cans were overflowing. Some of the recliners worked better than others — the double seats reclined more smoothly than the single seats. Several tables were tilted or damaged, which made eating a bit difficult. The movie presentation was solid, but the food service and general upkeep fell short.
