The screens themselves have MULTIPLE missing pixels creating black spots everywhere. Multiple bathrooms out of order. Understaffed. A redeeming quality is mercy was a good movie (which is out of their control) and their French fries were awesome. Everything else is a crashed and burned difference from their glory days a 4+ years ago. I will not be returning for a movie dinner night. Studio movie grill on north point parkway is better in EVERY way…

- JWJohn WoodyFeb 13, 20263.0The staff is always very nice, and some of the food is actually pretty good. I like their burgers/Chicken sandwiches, and the popcorn is good. The refillable popcorn bucket and the refillable beer mug are actually really good deals. Most of the other entree's I've tried leave a lot to be desired, especially for the price. Additionally, this location either needs more people running their drinks, or they need more bartenders. On my most recent visit, I ordered a margarita that simply never arrived. I waited 40 minutes after I ordered my drink (yes, I counted the time) to exit the movie and go out to the bar only to find that they had not even started working on my drink yet. The bartender's response was that they were "very backed up." Some of the theaters at this location are fantastic. The ultrascreen is a really fun experience with the dolby atmos and the giant screen. With that said, some of the other theaters could definitely use an update. The reclining seats are nice, but many of them are either nonfunctional or the leather is tearing off of them. Overall, I enjoy going to this theater. If you know what to order, and go to one of the premium theaters, it's an awesome experience.
