- GCGO CHURCHAug 8, 20243.0The only reason I chose a 3 star is because of the staff on-site. They were awesome & saved the day. We had a 1:40pm appointment and we arrived at 1:30pm. There were 5 students ahead of us who had even been checked in yet. When asked what we need to do because we have another appointment the staff member apologized and stated that there was nothing they could do, they just have to keep going to accommodate everyone. Corporate do way better with scheduling. You need more than 3 photographers to handle an over 80 student/client list for the same day. It’s ridiculous. I called their toll free number and after over 20 mins of been on hold to reschedule, I hung up. I had another appointment at 3:30pm and I sure didn’t make that appointment. Then when it’s time to take the pictures and we are told that even though we paid for 2 personal outfits, the package only allows 1 personal outfit. Corporate considers the yearbook photo as the 2nd outfit 😳 - how & why? Give the correct information when people are booking their sessions. I am scared to find out what other surprises are in store for us when we get the proofs
