  We chose Escape the Mystery Room as one of our couples trip activities. Initially I was leary, however my mind is changed...we laughed and high fived as we worked together. Our guides Godwin and Angie elevated the experience with their superior customer service....

  worst experience ever.. NEVER come here it’s not even a real escape room. No roof , one room, and the hint button takes AGES for the worker to come in , scan the room for a minute before telling us our hint .. all the puzzles are stupid and has no logical solution . Everything is mixed and jumbled up in one room - . My appointment was at 3:15 and they told us to come 15 minutes earlier - so I did. At 3:20 no one helped us , and once we asked, they were still fixing up our room. I went in at 3:45 - . Our “timer” was on an iPad. Not a specialized one but a normal iPad. It closed within 2 minutes and we couldn’t see the timer nor log into the iPad as it had a password. We left in disappointment in about 20 minutes . if you want a real opportunity to experience a real room, I’d recommend other places except this . ANYWHERE is better . I don’t know how this place has 4.9 stars at 5k reviews . 0 stars if I could.

  Such a fun experience. We did the escape from Alcatraz room and somehow solved it without using all the boxes which we were told later most people can’t do that. I’m writing this review as we’re about to do a 2nd room! It’s definitely worth it!

  Very fun! They are a small team, But very helpful! We had issues with a lock (we weren’t pulling it hard enough apparently) and they were more than happy to help. Friendly, good with kids, and polite! Godwin was our opener and made us laugh multiple times. We got a great picture too with props! We finished with 25 seconds in the clock- what a rush!

The room is brilliantly designed with clever puzzles, immersive storytelling, and just the right level of difficulty to keep everyone engaged without feeling overwhelmed. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was Angie. From the moment we arrived, Angie set the tone with her warm energy, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. She explained everything clearly, kept us laughing, and made sure we felt supported without ever giving too much away. Her timing, hints, and overall hosting style were flawless. You can tell she loves what she does, and it elevates the entire experience. I’ve done a lot of escape rooms, and great game masters make all the difference. Angie is easily one of the best I’ve ever encountered. If you’re planning to book this room, do yourself a favor and request her—you won’t regret it. Highly recommend the room, highly recommend the experience, and HIGHLY recommend Angie!
