For escape room enthusiasts, this place will be a real disappointment. If you’ve done quality escape rooms before, I’d strongly recommend staying away. I suppose if you’ve never done an escape room at all, this might be “okay” as a very basic introduction — but even then, expectations should be low.

The first level was the almost 15 minute wait because nobody knew how to charge for the game on the cash register. Next was the game itself. I understand that this is a 2 min game, but the manager did not know how to operate the game besides the common sense hold the button down. No other instructions. The manager even told me he didn't know how the game works. Despite the fact that there were 2 other employees there, the manager walked away several times to handle othe customer requests and left us waiting. So to play a 2 minute game 3 times took almost an hour and I still feel ripped off. The only redeeming factor was that the manage did let us have a couple of extra tries, but the entire experience was awful. I hope their rooms are a better experience. Bonus star for the manager letting us have an extra try.
