  Visited Big Air Warner Robins and had a great experience! The staff was friendly, everything was clean, and there were so many fun things to do. I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out! They have so much to offer like memberships, daily deals, programs, and more. It’s fun for all ages!!

  Horrible experience!! Do not support this business. They do not allow teens to enjoy the trampoline park. I already paid for the tickets on line but when my daughter and friend showed up they were refused entry because they are under 18 ( they are both 17). No where on the website does it mention this policy of children under 18 needing an adult over 25. It is incredibly irresponsible to allow prospective customers to purchase tickets online but not allow them entry upon arrival. It is also incredibly misleading as this policy is no where to be found on the website or in the waiver.

  From the moment we walked through the door to the time we left, the customer service here was absolutely outstanding — easily some of the best we’ve ever experienced! Jessica–JayP was incredible. She handled our entire visit with the utmost care, making us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and warm, and she truly made our experience unforgettable. What also impressed us was how every single station had a dedicated attendant — no waiting around or feeling overlooked. The place was spotlessly clean, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. And the atmosphere? Perfect for families. Everyone around us seemed just as happy to be there. We will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that truly goes above and beyond for its customers. Five stars, no question!

  Took my son and nephew to big air! Staff was super friendly. We had pizza and a pretzel. Zurri the kitchen manager was so helpful, I had a coupon from the book, buy one personal pan get one free. The coupon was excellent working, but she gave me the money off my bill anyway! So sweet and everyone treated me in the cafe so sweet. Thank you!!!

  The staff is excellent and the jumping is fun for the kids. My only real complaint is the volume and lack of seating for the parents. I'm not talking about the kids running and screaming; the music is too loud. If they could lower the volume just a tad so I can actually hear my kids trying to talk to me, it'd be a 5 star, easy
