  IPIC is a complete scam!!! I usually go to AMC and this is why, but this was my 1st time buying tickets here at IPIC, and I was late for my movie. So I tried to get a refund but, because everything was booked and sold out the day I was available. I was unable to reschedule to another day. They told me no I can’t get a refund. So $50 just gone down the drain, and when another movie came out that I wanted to see I called, and asked could I watch that movie since I already purchased tickets here previously and never used them. She said no because the movie I purchased tickets for is no longer available. So it’s nothing they can do besides “TRY” and get me a voucher which is a gamble 50/50, and I understand they have no control over what movies get released and what month, but I feel as if I purchased tickets and never used them they should be valid for whenever, because let’s say for example an incident like this happened and you purchased tickets in Feb but can’t make it and nothing that comes out seems to excite you but a movie that comes out in Dec like the new marvel movie Doomsday. Why should I have to repay for something that I already paid for that doesn’t make sense to me at all!

  Everything is good great even until you order food . Its a automatic 75$ hold which you would think.yes this food is going to be so good. The food is terrible . Nachos are terrible the pizza is the equivalent of a microwave pizza . Its like the whole point is to eat while ur watching a movie. Ill give the theater its self 10 because it’s beautiful but the food messed it up so disappointed. Ill give the food a 1 . Sorry epic

  Great date night idea. Love the seating and how private it feels for two people. The food left much to be desired, though. Definitely did not justify the price. For a small pizza, nachos, a bottle of water, & sweet tea, it cost us $75. Also really hated that the server didn’t come over until the move had already started so there’s a part of the movie where I have no idea what’s going on. IMPORTANT: The blankets are NOT complimentary 😂 do not make the same mistake I did. I put them in my to-go bag on the way out because I didn’t feel like carrying them… they called my husband saying “we saw you on the cameras, please bring them back” lmaooo the manager said that’s why they’re going out of business - people kept stealing blankets. maybe put that somewhere? Because for the price, I absolutely thought the blankets were complimentary. They should be! All in all, loved the privacy of the seats, BUT AMC dine in food is much, muchhhh better in my opinion.

  I have been going to Ipic since 2021 during the pandemic. It was the only theater that we felt comfortable watching a movie in. But then it just became habit and our favorite movie theater. It's sad to see that you are closing, but I truly hope that you all are Able to reposition yourselves to stay open. This is the best theater in the city! We just went to see "They will Kill you" on Sunday and per usual the experience wasting tier. And the Brussel Sprouts and Truffle popcorn are my go to's. Please stay open! My friends and I want to see the Devil Wears Prada next month here.

  It was me and my fiancé first time here and honestly our last when we first walked in the theater the atmosphere felt off honestly but we found our seats and sat down we didn’t really knew how things worked their but we did notice that their was people getting greeted and asked if they needed anything they can help with we eventually thought that they where eventually going to come up to us and ask the same thing but no we where ignored they constantly came back and forth asked everyone if they where okay and asking if they needed anything but they constantly walked past us and ignored us we eventually stopped someone cause me and my fiancé wanted some popcorn and a coke so we waved down the worker he came and asked what we needed help with and we told him if we could get some popcorn and a coke we paid for it and everything the guy was really sweet but I still wondered why he walked past us and ignored us and didn’t greet us I shrugged it off maybe thought he was busy with the other people since they where ordering a lot of food but then when we got our popcorn the staff member kinda placed down the popcorn in like a bad mood and the coke I was going to say thank you but she walked away super fast the atmosphere was making me anxious and I wanted to leave but I stayed and watched the movie till the end the movie was great just not the costumer service maybe they just weren’t haven’t a good day it could’ve been stressful day but honestly for my first time their the experience was kinda disappointing.
