I could hear anything and everything around me. If I hadn’t come to a late night movie before and had a completely different experience I probably wouldn’t have came again. Customer service was amazing as always thought.

I did not take advantage of ordering food at your seat but it appears to have a full-service menu for a complete date night. The fact that the seats recline in your NA pod like environment makes you feel even more special. If you're looking for a place where you can truly enjoy the movie and relax this is it. If it's used to drive parking is very convenient located in an underground parking deck which validates the cost to $3.50 for up to 4 hours.
- CJCherise JJan 3, 20263.0First time at IPIC and let me say, they have a very good concept. It's an upgrade from what Buckhead Backlot used to be. The experience overall was solid except the food. Both me and my husband had chicken wings and both orders were cold. The temperature was food safety level. Our server brought us a second batch, and even though it was hot, for some reason, it didn't taste fresh. We ordered popcorn too and it wasn't fresh either. Had we not been hungry, we would've ditched the food altogether. It was a major disappointment and considering the price they charge, it really should be on point. Also, the menu itself is not appealing. It's just carnival food housed in a luxury theatre. Everything else was fine though. We'll certainly be back, but I think we're gonna eat somewhere else. It's food poisoning in the making here!

They put a $75 charge when you order food which is totally understandable but for whatever reason we never got that $75 back. Calling emailing everyone trying to figure out as to why we haven’t and no one can help no one doesn’t understand why it hasn’t been reversed back into the account. Talked to the IPIC customer support in Florida got to a point where they hung up in our face instead of trying to give the $75 back just very unprofessional. They told us we had to email them and they would get back to us in 2 days. It’s been a whole week still haven’t heard anything back. At this point it’s the principle of the situation. You don’t hold someone’s money against them just because of a disagreement in customer service. We spent a good $200-300 that night we want it all back at this point!

I really liked that the seats are set up in pairs, so you’re not packed in with strangers and talking ppl. They even give you blankets, which was a nice touch. The menu had a solid variety, and the fried mozzarella was my favorite. Just a heads up..they do put a $75 hold on your card when you order, and there’s an automatic 18% gratuity added. Our server absolutely earned it, but it’s good to know ahead of time. Overall, it is on the pricier side, but I appreciated the intimate setup and the fact that you’re not crammed in with a bunch of ppl. I will go here for movies im really looking forward to.
