    The cost is not worth the “aesthetic”. 1. A $75 hold is placed on your card and what is not spent will be returned. Magically, my basic order added up to $71. Two loaded nachos and a root beer. That included %18 gratuity. The meat for our loaded nachos turned out to be $20 extra (approximately). Was not informed by the menu or waitress of up charge. 2. The food is NASTY. There was no taste, even with the meat. 3. There’s no information on how to validate parking. I had to pay an additional $30 for that. We spent approximately $150 for aesthetics. The chairs were nice….2 stars for that. I’m not even mad this business is closing.

    Multiple groups of people (about 4-6 groups at least) were walking into the theater 30 to 60 mins after the movie started, like walking in front of the screen. People were also having full on loud conversations during the movie. And people were using flashlights for whatever reason to the point where I could see silhouettes and hands waving around on the screen for like five minutes. Overall super distracting and definitely not the kind of experience that would be expected at a theater like this. So rude. And the manager tried to say that we were the problem for not alerting staff about it while we were trying to enjoy the movie we paid for. I don’t want to spend my time during the movie complaining to staff, because I wouldn’t be able to pay attention to what’s going on in the movie… We’ve been coming here about once a month for over three years, but probably won’t be back after this horrible experience.

    I bought tickets on Valentine’s Day for 2 to see The Strangers Ch 3 at 5pm. Traffic was horrific and I knew I was going to be unable to make the movie within the 20 minute window and they stated they couldn’t refund me or accommodate me with other movie tickets! After spending $50 on tickets and sitting in traffic right around the corner from the theater for 40 mins I literally cried! I can’t believe a theater that makes $1000s a day would have such cruel policy. No empathy No understanding I just want my $50 back as any other place would considering the fact I received no service what’s so ever! I will be calling and emailing everyday until I get refund because this is unfair and unjust.

    Our 12:00 PM movie didn’t start until 12:36. When it finally began, there was no picture, just audio. After about four minutes, the audio cut out completely. It was clear the projector had to be restarted. I’ve been an iPic member for 12 years and have visited locations in multiple states. This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve had. Managing two 6yos through that level of disorganization, especially at these ticket prices, is incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I’ve always appreciated the elevated experience iPic promises, but this visit fell far short. I hope the team considers how to make this right, as experiences like this certainly make longtime members reconsider returning.

    I’ve been to several IPIC Theaters across the U.S., and this was my first time visiting the Atlanta location — IPIC Theaters. I came to see The Strangers: Chapter 3, and the theater experience itself was great as expected. Unfortunately, the food was a letdown. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap, and it was honestly awful — I couldn’t eat it at all. The fries were decent, though. I also asked for a side of pickles (I love pickles), but they were pretty gross as well. That said, the server was very nice and understanding. She offered to switch items and gave me recommendations from the menu, which I really appreciated. The drinks from the bar were good, so no complaints there. Overall, the experience was enjoyable, but the food could be much better, especially compared to other IPIC locations I’ve visited. Still a solid spot for movies — just maybe eat beforehand or stick to drinks.
