  The experiences themselves are fun. The local stuff is helpful and efficient. But the corporate customer service is absolutely horrible! The worst, actually. I made a reservation online for a group. Then I wanted to change the time. It is possible to do the change online in theory, but neither website nor the app worked for that, they would just hang. OK, not a big deal, you try to call them. Then you learn they don't have ANY live support over the phone, just email. This is still OK. Only if they reply. They just don't! At least they didn't reply to my multiple emails for weeks, despite automatic tickets issued promising prompt replies. Our large group of 3 families didn't know when can we go. Finally, I drove to the location in advance, spent extra hours for that, where the time change took 1 minute. After we all attended I got the email saying sorry we couldn't help you but we are happy someone did. Seriously?

  Omg if you haven’t been to this place, you are missing out! We had such a great time at Beat the Bomb! This is definitely not your regular escape room—it’s on a whole different level. The experience is interactive, high-energy, and keeps you fully engaged from start to finish. The games are fun, fast-paced, and require teamwork, which made it perfect for our group. There was a lot of laughter, excitement, and just overall good vibes the entire time. It’s a great mix of challenge and fun without feeling stressful. If you’re looking for something unique, entertaining, and way more exciting than a traditional escape room, Beat the Bomb is the place to go. We had a blast and would absolutely do it again!

  Had an absolute blast at Beat the Bomb celebrating my birthday! The experience was high energy, fun, and unforgettable, way to exercise off that xmas food. Huge kudos to Barron, for bringing the hype and keeping the vibe amazing, and to Guri, the operator, for running everything smoothly. They truly made the experience next level. Def recommend for birthdays or any group outings

  What an amazing and exciting experience! This was truly a time—full of family bonding and fun team-building moments. The activities really showed that listening is a skill, and wow… what a lesson! The staff was incredibly enthusiastic, caring, and made everyone feel welcome from start to finish. And let’s talk about The BOMB — because it really is the bomb! 💣😋 The drinks? Let’s just say… they’re drinking the mixture in the best way possible! You have to try it for yourself. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience!

  I went to Beat the Bomb Atlanta with three friends to celebrate my birthday, and we had an amazing time. We did the premium experience, which was absolutely worth it — the t-shirt, drink, photos, and videos were a great bonus and made the whole experience feel special. The rooms were challenging but really fun. We didn’t beat the bomb (turns out many people do better than we did 😅), but we still had a blast and were proud of how engaged and competitive it was. Huge shoutout to Guri, our bartender — he went over our results with us, bantered with our group, and was especially helpful finding great drink options for those of us who don’t drink alcohol. He really elevated the experience. The games are creative and competitive enough that you could definitely come back and keep improving. One small suggestion: slightly longer face shields would help — we got a bit of paint on our faces — but honestly, you know what you’re signing up for. Overall, highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!
