I recently took my parents to City Winery Atlanta to see Damien Escobar, and overall it was a memorable night for our family.
My parents haven’t been out much lately due to health issues, so I wanted to treat them to a special evening with dinner and a live show. The atmosphere was lively, but I will say the seating felt very cramped, like “crabs in a bucket” tight. Which made it a little uncomfortable at times.
As for the food, it was a mixed experience. My mom ordered the hot honey flatbread pizza, and unfortunately, the meat was barely there. On the positive side, the buffalo wings were really good, and the burger was simple but satisfying. Our server, however, was excellent very attentive and made sure we were taken care of throughout the night.
Now the highlight: Damien Escobar was absolutely phenomenal. Not only did he put on an incredible performance, but he also came to our table and serenaded my mom and me. It was such a beautiful, unexpected moment that it brought my mom to tears and honestly, my watch even alerted me that my heart rate was elevated (I might’ve needed medical attention 😂).
Despite a few drawbacks, my dad had an amazing time, and moments like that made the night truly special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit, hopefully with a little more elbow room!

Went for Drag Brunch and it was absolutely a blast. Buffet is, of course, the economical solution but not super fantastic. Got a little too lit, but there are plenty of food options and food nearby. Seating is essential. You can see everything from the back, but if anything happens on the stage floor, you'll miss it. However, a good Queen will work the whole room. Deff will be going back! The champagne offerings were immaculate.

Another wonderful experience at City Winery - Atlanta. Stellar service! Kudos to the event team for bringing unique experiences.
Two requests: 1) please remind patrons on your page that PCM does not allow reverse parking (backing your car into a slot). I know it's technically not your responsibility, however, we saw lots of sad faces when guests emerged and saw the orange parking citation envelopes; and
2) until the economy improves, please consider adding a $10 and under menu. The items can be smaller, but help the patrons help you.
Thank you!!

I really do like City Winery's atmosphere and love that I can see some of my favorite musicians in a quaint setting for an affordable price, but the venue is way too crowded. Too many tables and chairs in proximity to each other. The front of the stage is the absolute worst (believe me people when I say this). Tables that are set-up for four people can only comfortably sit two people. The wait staff is trying to serve, but there just isn't enough room for them to maneuver without having the patrons move around or they are accidently hitting someone in the head, reaching over people, blocking the stage view, etc. And this is all happening throughout the show/concert. It just doesn't make for a good experience. I understand everyone is trying to maximize profits, but if the patrons don't have a good experience, they will not return. For the record: The best seating is the Mezzanine Premier (it's not as crowded). The outskirts of the seating is OK -- it allows you to push your chair back for comfortable seating. There are just way toooooo many tables and chairs. People want to be comfortable. You're cramming size 16 folks in a size two seat.

I had an amazing experience at City Winery Atlanta! The tour itself was such a great blend of fun and education, and I left feeling like I actually learned something about the winemaking process—not just tasted it.
A huge shoutout to our tour host, Alaja—she was absolutely incredible. She was very informative, engaging, and made the entire experience feel personal and welcoming. You can tell she really knows her stuff, but what stood out even more was how she delivered everything in such an easy-to-understand and enjoyable way.
If you’re thinking about visiting, I definitely recommend taking the tour—and if you can, request Alaja! She truly made the experience memorable.
