I believe the main negative aspect is the high price, combined with the fact that there is no clear online warning that the water park operates on a different schedule than the rest of Legoland. When we arrived on Saturday, Legoland was open until 7:00 PM. We had traveled from far away, were there for only one day, and it was our first visit. The kids were very excited.
However, we entered the water park at 4:45 PM, and at 5:00 PM it closed right in front of us. We barely had time to get into the water. If we had known in advance that the water park closes at 5:00 PM while the main park stays open later, we would not have purchased the additional water park tickets. It is simply impossible to experience everything in one day, especially considering the park only opens at 10:00 AM and the water park closes at 5:00 PM. For a one-day visit, paying extra for the water park makes little sense because there is not enough time to enjoy it.
It feels very poorly organized and unclear why the water park operates separately without matching the main park’s hours. We were also disappointed that two rides in the main Legoland park were closed, and there was no prior notice about this, yet full price was still charged.
We paid over $600 for one day, missed out on two rides, and were able to enjoy the water park for only 15 minutes. We truly regret spending that amount of money for a day that did not meet our expectations. Yes, there were things to see and the kids enjoyed parts of it, but as the adults organizing the trip, we were very disappointed with the overall value for the money and the experience we received.

Numerous restrooms. Heads up backpack is smart and take a towel lol for being prepared. Oh heck have fun.

I'm sorry, I wish I could give a great ratings but I cannot! First off, the children had a great time which was the goal. These were children of a friend of mine. However, I live in Florida and I thought it would be a good place to take the kids. The problem is it's filthy!!!! All the Legos are dusty and dirty. The railings on all the rides are gooey peeling paint. The staff looks like they have poor hygiene for the most part. Please clean this park up or close it down before someone gets sick! It's really that bad.
