- IIisingh996 days ago2.0Very friendly people. However I think whoever setup my bass didn’t know what they were doing. It was a fender j bass. Upon playing it a week after it was setup It buzzed a lot when fretted and the strings were to high off the fret board especially as you go up the neck. I had someone else looked at it and they had to readjust the truss (neck was to concave), adjust the action etc. It sounded good when I initially picked it up but I’m a novice and wouldn’t have known until it just started sounding crappy and I felt like I was fighting to play the bass with every note vs before repair. I didn’t inform them of this as I figured they should have gotten right the first time. I would understand a small issue but nothing was set right. :(.

- WPW PCSSep 23, 20255.0What a great shop! I was having issues with my Strat and contacted FENDER directly. They referred me to AMP Shop & Music Parlor as a FENDER authorized repair/service shop. Bari, Eric and Danielle were amazing are extremely knowledgeable about servicing the instruments. They took the time to understand the issues I was having and also understand my set-up preference etc. Eric noticed a few things that needed to be addressed which the previous 3 shops I took the guitar to didn't even see. I live in Miami and the drive to West Palm beach is 1.5 hours and all I can say its well worth it! Congrats Bari on your shop. Very nice to see these small boutique shops still exist.
