  Cool place but I’m giving it a low rating because of their ridiculous age/size rules for the go-carts. A child in our party was 5ft which was too short for the pro carts, but since she was 14 she was too old for the cadet carts. Way to figure out a way to exclude someone that could’ve totally fit in the cadet carts… Totally asinine policy especially when there are other indoor go cart places with carts that go much faster and have lower height requirements (56” instead of 62”). Change your dumb policy and I’ll revise the rating to 5 stars.

  Gavin needs a raise — seriously. Elev8, don’t fumble this one. From the second we sat down, he brought the kind of energy that completely sets the tone for the night.   Our corporate team outing at Elev8 was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone on our team had a fantastic time, and the entire event was incredibly well organized. Ron made the planning process seamless and stress‑free, ensuring everything ran perfectly and that we had the best possible experience. The party leaders were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt taken care of. I highly recommend Elev8 for any team outing or corporate event!

  I had the best experience at elev8 on 4-8-26. I had so much fun playing laser tag with my family. The arcade games were exhilarating and easy to play. The food they served there was amazing for the prices, I especially liked the smash burgers. The staff member that made me feel the most welcomed was Gino. He assisted us with activities suggestions and constantly checked up on us when he saw us around the building to make sure we were having an amazing time as expected.

  The obstacle course is so disorganized. Wasn't even acknowledged when waiting in line for a harness. I had to ask the workers for it. My son and I got into our harnesses and were on our way up the stairs. We had to remind them to scan our cards that proved we paid and signed the waiver. We could have gone up there for free, without a waiver. Good thing we are honest people. Definitely need proper training for all employees at the obstacle course. When we got off the course, a worker unhooked our main straps. Nothing else was said to us. So we assumed we can take our harnesses off, so we took our own harnesses off. The girl who seemed to be in charge saw us with our harnesses off and yelled at us "don't take your own harnesses off" after they were completely off already, which just was unnecessary. Meanwhile she is literally sitting down instead of taking anyone's harness off. Next time give instructions. Speak to people to let them know what's going on. Nicely. Beforehand, instead of abruptly yelling at someone not to do something that is already done.
