- Been here a bunch of times. Most recently a lot of arcade machines were broken. Machines didn't read the card right, and took more tickets off then due. We have 2 cards and it kept happening even with grown ups manning them. Again, this isn't our first time here, so we know how to do it. Food centers or small booths we closed. Not greeted at the door, nobody around much for help. The place just felt weird that day and wayyy more rundown nor welcoming.
- Prize shop hardly has anything labeled for ticket prices. The prize counter person was scanning our items wrong or scamming, said we had less tickets than we did, we meaning several adults, were doing the math and broke down ticket allotments for each child. At the end she says we don't have enough tixkets for the last kid, made her sad, but let her "keep" the bracelets. Maybe we heard wrong, but hey, another sketchy awkward situation in the same day. Not going back.
-This from small family owned arcade lovers to Game Time.

Went with a group of 4 kids aged 4-8 and everyone had a blast in the arcade. All 6 adults were incredibly impressed with the food, really delicious. We played laser tag and it was the hit of the trip. Ticket redemption center was really great as well, so many good options. I would go back! We got there right as they opened before the crowds and it was a great decision!

I visited Elev8 with three friends, my two daughters, and my friend’s granddaughter, and we had an amazing time. The arcade was fantastic with a great variety of games, all of which were working properly. The food was delicious, and the Strawberry Crusher drink was perfectly made by Dana.
The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Henry and Jet took great care of us the entire time—they were polite, attentive, and very knowledgeable. We had a blast and will definitely be back!

Not worth the money. Cumbersome registration. Employees seemed disinterested and either unaware or unwilling to inform us what was open or closed. Expensive drinks. Will not return

came here with my boyfriend (not at the time) for his birthday so i do hold a bit of a sentimental value to it but other than the bowling, there’s unfortunately not too much to love about this place. the games are lackluster and so is the food, like oh my god its so bad. but the bowling was tons of fun!!
