  Over all good experience and would recommend although four out of the seven slides were closed, and we left an item in one of the lockers tried calling to speak with a staff member, but they never answer the phone and we called five times

  I am on vacation with my boyfriend for the week and he really wanted to go to a waterpark and we saw how great the reviews were so this is so sad writing with such low stars with high expectations, we got there after spending well over 200 dollars which is crazy for 2 people already and we could not get into the water without getting hypothermia and so we decided to relax which was awful could not relax AT ALL we decided to get food worst food ever, my whole order was messed up and both of ours was cold. The park closed for light rain which is stupid even though it was over and only open on the weekends. Got free tickets which is nice but we couldn’t even use them, park closed at 1 for no reason. This was the worst experience ever we will NEVER be coming back here again, HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING. I don’t recommend. Worst park ever, worst experience highly disappointed.

  Been going here since I was 5 now my kids get to enjoy it. Ticket price is about average of other water parks. Food is priced better than most and the gift shop had new stuff compared to last year, nice to see a gift shop switch up stuff. Only down fall this time is there were at least 3 or 4 big slides not operating. But the kids had a great time.

  Visited the park today, 4/18. We had not been in a few years and was super excited to come back. Unfortunately, it was an eventful day to say the least. Parking and paying a fee was something new. I also purchased two cups online and when I went to retrieve them, first the concession stand said I had to go to member services. Went to member services and manager told me to go to this little green hut. Went to the hut and stood for 15 min. When it was my turn my QR code would not scan. Same manger came over and said oh you have to go to concession. Aggravated, I told her you told me I had to come here where she finally gave me my cups. Now, I am not one to do the slides but my son and husband love them. Four of them were shut down, & something new is they WEIGH you do get on the slide in front of God and everyone. My husband being on the bigger side, was told he was over the weight limit and could no ride and had to walk all the way back down the stairs. You would think they would have info about this on their website & have it at the bottom of their slides. Towards the end of the day my husband took my son back to ride slides and stayed there were men much bigger than him riding and that the workers we’re not even weighing them. I was highly disappointed especially with the cost of entry to the park. Needless to say we will not be back. My son was very disappointed that most of the rides were closed.

  Denny was our cabana attendant and she was phenomenal. Very attentive and respectful and always polite. Our only issue was the big family tube ride wasn’t open, which is what we were looking forward to.
