WonderWorks is an amusement park for the mind with 35,000 square feet of “edu-tainment”. The attraction combines education and entertainment with more than 100 hands on exhibits that challenge the mind and spark the imagination.
This once top-secret laboratory was located in the Bermuda triangle. An experiment gone awry lifted the laboratory carrying it to International Drive in Orlando, Florida where it landed upside down. Luckily all of the exhibits remained intact and available for guests to explore.
Many customers enjoyed the variety of activities suitable for all ages, making it a great family outing.
Staff Experience
While some staff members received praise for their friendliness, others were noted for unprofessional behavior, impacting customer satisfaction.
Pricing Concerns
Several reviews mentioned that the attraction is perceived as overpriced for the experience offered, with some suggesting better value elsewhere.
Crowd Management
Customers reported issues with overcrowding during peak times, leading to long wait times and a less enjoyable experience.
Interactive Exhibits
The interactive and educational nature of the exhibits was frequently highlighted as a positive aspect of the visit.

We only did the Dinner show, no attractions which is why I gave it three stars instead of 2.
The show itself was fine. It was funny and the illusions were okay. Here’s where I had issues:
We walk in and are crammed next to another random family- literally sitting hip to hip that’s how close our chairs were. The chairs were extremely uncomfortable and our chairs were directly facing the wall, the stage was facing our backs, so when watching the show we had to break our necks in order to see. The food was awful I mean no joke. The pizza was like rubber and had zero flavor like gas station pizza, the salad was dry and old and the cake and the end was a tiny cube. On top of that, we had to share a tiny pizza with another family, which was gone in a matter of minutes. It took our server FORTY MINUTES to bring us another pizza and by then the show was pretty much over. So I sat hungry and irritated during the whole show because there was no food, and I couldn’t see.

My daughter had a field trip to WonderWorks and had a great time. She was nervous for the roller coaster simulator but Chad was so patient with her while she faced her fears. He had the rest of the class applaud her when she was done, it made her feel special. We will definitely be back!

Our family had such a fun and memorable time at WonderWorks! From the moment we saw the upside-down building, we knew it was going to be something special. Inside, everything was hands-on and engaging — from the bed of nails to the bubble lab, space zone, and the ropes course. The staff were friendly, helpful, and patient with the kids, which made the experience even better.
We spent several hours exploring and still didn’t get to everything! It’s the perfect mix of fun and learning, and a great way to beat the Florida heat since it’s all indoors and air-conditioned. Highly recommend going early in the day or on a weekday to avoid crowds.
Overall, WonderWorks is a must-visit if you’re in Orlando with family — it’s interactive, educational, and packed with activities for all ages.
