WonderWorks is an amusement park for the mind with 35,000 square feet of “edu-tainment”. The attraction combines education and entertainment with more than 100 hands on exhibits that challenge the mind and spark the imagination.
This once top-secret laboratory was located in the Bermuda triangle. An experiment gone awry lifted the laboratory carrying it to International Drive in Orlando, Florida where it landed upside down. Luckily all of the exhibits remained intact and available for guests to explore.
Many customers enjoyed the interactive exhibits and activities, highlighting it as a great place for families and kids.
Service Issues
Several reviews pointed out problems with service, including unorganized staff and long wait times for food and drinks.
Value Concerns
Some customers felt that the experience did not justify the ticket prices, citing outdated attractions and additional costs for activities.
Mixed Experiences
While many had a great time, others expressed disappointment with certain aspects, such as cleanliness and the condition of some attractions.

There is so much to see and do. It leans more towards the educational side but it was a very interesting experience. They have an arcade, gift shop, zip line course, and various other activities to do inside. It was filled with optical illusions and fun facts as well. This is a good place to visit with family! Only thing is that it gets busy on weekends and so there will be waits for certain things. You could spend hours here though.

A dated tourist trap. Good for kids under 5, but nothing changed here for decades. The 6D theatre has a prehistoric ultra low resolution, I would call it an Atari graphics... If you ever go here, DO NOT buy the most expensive ticket. The card you get is a joke. No, sorry, it's actually not a joke, it's effective marketing.

The service was so bad, the magician was kinda of basic mostly card tricks; I've seen better magic tricks at the Westgate Resorts for only 5$ but Phill was great I love his personality however back to the service it was so unorganized I don’t even know where to start so we come in and sat down then at the table there is 3 salad bowls one at the front of the table one at the end of the table one in the middle,my family sat in the middle and did not know the other families that were at the head / end of the table so it was like I did not know if they wanted us to share the salad with the other families; it was not enough salad; the family at the end of the table was a party of 6 so they took there bowl of the salad and grab our salad bowl to feed the rest of their family so my wife had to grab the salad from the empty table behind her so we could have some salad for us to eat the servers should really give the bowls of salad out to each family/ group or pass the salad out on the plates because some family’s have big parties and you cant assume that everybody is together or going to share also when the pizza came out it was the same way we all had to share pizza with the families the family at the front of the table had a lot of kids with them so my family had to share pizza with the family in front also the lady Christina seem as if she was so busy to the point every time you ask her something she seemed aggravated but she had no reason to. We came here because it was my birthday the magician was good but just the unorganized service made me very disappointed, I hate that I made a decision on coming here I feel before I come back service needs to get organized also when drinks was brought to us I ask for straws and Christina the server brought out a few straws saying that this is all the straws we have left in the building who wants a straw and begin giving straws to the family at the end first when I was the one to ask for the straw she said the straws were 1st come 1st serve if requested and my wife had her hand up for one I was like what the world are you kidding me service was so bad I would not like to come back. I wish they were more organized and had better service. The vibes were off and rushed. Our server Christina also was not attentive with drinks nor pizza, and you should not have to feel so bad taking half the pepperoni pizza and having to share when we didn't come together or share half the cost for unlimited pizza and the show. Christina our server also brought me and my wife a big pitcher of MTN dew because we needed a refill on drink and said because she did not want to keep walking back and forward up front since we are the only ones with MTN dew this was after the fact my wife drink was going out she had fruit punch it had color but the sweetener was out the server said the drink still has color and really didn't want to replace the drink any whooo by the time I drink my cup and my wife drink her cup and fill our cups back up the rest of it the pitcher was already gone another bomber about the service so I drink my round up and drink my wife little Mountain Dew she had left and just did not ask for another refill. I normally leave tips but this time I did not because of service I wanted more desert but since our server was grabbing plates and already did not care to ask if we wanted more of anything this place needs better service as so as the food along with better organization when it comes to each family.
