Cuando mencioné que realmente ninguna foto nos gustaba, su actitud fue muy negativa y poco profesional, diciendo que no había nada más que pudiera hacer. Al final, las fotos que recibimos fueron de muy mala calidad; mi hijo incluso parecía incómodo, y cuando pedimos una solución, el estudio se negó rotundamente a volver a tomar las fotos a menos que pagáramos nuevamente. Me parece una falta de respeto tratándose de un recuerdo tan importante y de algo que quedará en el yearbook para siempre. En resumen, un servicio hostil, sin flexibilidad y nada recomendable. Terrible experience with the photography service for my son’s senior year graduation. The staff member who attended us was in a rush the entire time, not allowing us to calmly look at the photos and pushing us to quickly choose one for the yearbook. When I mentioned that I didn’t really like any of the photos, she became very negative and unprofessional, saying there was nothing else she could do. In the end, the photos we received were of very poor quality; my son even looked uncomfortable in them. When we asked for a solution, the studio flat-out refused to retake the photos unless we paid for the service again. I find it incredibly disrespectful, especially for such an important occasion and a memory that will be in the yearbook forever. In short, it was a hostile, inflexible, and absolutely not recommendable service.
