  I recently visited APEC Cinema to watch Marty Supreme. It was an interesting experience overall, especially since it took us about an hour to get there, so expectations were fairly high. The atmosphere is quite nice and stylish, creating a good cinematic vibe. However, the blankets provided did not feel very fresh — it seemed like they might not be washed frequently enough, which was a small downside. On the positive side, the service was excellent: everything was fast, clear, and well-organized. The staff did a great job, and for that, they truly deserve praise. As for the food, it was a bit disappointing. Based on the photos and the waiter’s description, it sounded better than it actually was. The burgers we received were somewhat dry. We also ordered Bang Bang shrimp — those were actually very good, spicy and flavorful, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who enjoys spicy food. The wings were quite ordinary, nothing special, and overall the kitchen did not really impress. Final rating: • Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) • Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) • Food: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) Overall, it was a decent experience, but next time I would probably choose a place closer to home. Still, it was interesting to visit at least once.

  Be aware they are spraying the rooms with some chemicals, and when I asked the manager ,what Kinda chemicals , he could not answer me. My lungs were very heavy for days to just inhale that. I will investigate what they use . They are poisoning our air.! I am not returning no more . You should think twice to go there, they can poison ☠️ they self but I m not paying for that!

  El día de hoy viernes 19 en la función de las 6 pm estábamos pidiendo la comida donde se pide en una barra y el joven de la caja le pedimos el favor de que nos diera una recomendación de que hamburguesa era más deliciosa y nos dijo muy grosero que el no daba recomendaciones que pidiéramos la que nosotros quisiéramos y luego pedimos a cervezas yo la quería con hielo y me dijo que no me daba hielo que por que en ese lugar no la servían a si le pedí el favor en inglés a una jovencita rubia gordita que si me daba hielo en inglés y me dijo que ella no hablaba e español, el joven me dio 2 cubos literar de hielo y yo le dije me das por favor más hielo y volvió y me repitió no por que a ca no se serve a si y ya me dio rabia y le dije que la que se la iba a tomar era yo cuando ya me vio disgustada me dio más hielo ….. es un lugar muy lindo me encanta y siempre iba a ver cine pero me dio mucha desilusión de ver personas trabajando atendiendo al público y no saben cómo es que se trata a las personas muchas gracias

  I visited IPIC Theater with my mom and a friend, and unfortunately our experience at the food counter was very disappointing. The gentleman taking our order was extremely rude and dismissive. We ordered an Angus burger, and simply because we didn’t pronounce it perfectly, he acted as if he couldn’t understand us — even though he clearly spoke Spanish as well. When my mom politely asked if he could recommend a burger, his response was: “No, I’m not going to recommend anything, you choose, the menu is there”, said in a very disrespectful and impatient tone. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. That being said, I do want to highlight that the experience improved once we entered the theater. The woman who assisted us inside was incredibly kind and helped us change our ticket time to an earlier showing, and another staff member was also very friendly and helpful in guiding us to our seats. IPIC is known for offering a premium experience, and while some of the staff truly reflect that standard, the service at the food counter was far below expectations. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences.

  We are current members of this movie theatre for almost 6 years, sometimes experience is amazing sometimes not really, last time we went on a movie and ordered bunch of food and drinks, but all food came out in 1,5 hour, almost at the end of the movie. To make it up our server gave us RE-ADMIT tickets, we felt like they care about their guests and things happen you know. Today my husband went to get tickets for new Avatar and guess what, first manager told him he CANNOT get it because it doesn’t apply to a new release movies, only after 10 days after release and it says in their terms. Nope. Nothing about it mentioned on the pass they gave us and nothing about it on their website terms (I read carefully). Also he said the system just doesn’t allow him to use it now. We’re disappointed. What is the point to lie or make up your own rules 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ We come there every week because I love spicy tuna crispy rice and truffle fries, but come on. Why management is not interesting in bringing their guests back? Especially when everyone is bringing their friends and family as well. We would order food and drinks as usual and pay you, not just sit for our free re-admit tickets. I am kinda angry as we had to drove all the way there to get tickets and then get fooled 👎🏼
