  First time at the London club Matt Chadwick was good highly recommend him if you want to listen to live music Atmosphere was great staff very friendly I went with 4 other people the food was excellent. But disappointing for me as I'm a vegetarian nothing on the menu except a green salad I would think being there are a lot of Europeans in Naples and it's a London club there would be an vegetarian option maybe that's something you could look into .

  Just amazing! The experience was something beyond. The food was a simple menu but perfectly executed, service was excellent, the music something else! I love it, and very moment! Absolutely recommend! ✨⭐️🌟

  Absolutely love this place! Always have a great time here, servers are amazing, it is always busy, energetic and fun and the music and food are wonderful. I did read a recent review mentioning a busser though, and thought I should mention I had a similar experience with this same busser a few weeks ago, and another time before that as well. Took so long to greet us, walked right by several times. Later in the meal tried seeking his attention for assistance and just got ignored multiple times, on both visits!! Our server noticed us trying to flag him down last time and assisted us instead, Eileen I think was her name, she was great we’ve had her a couple of times. And a really sweet manager earlier in the year helped us a couple times on that visit when he noticed us trying to alert that busser, I think his name was Haze. I see the poor servers having to ask him to do all the things he should know to do anyways. I’m a server, so I can see and understand the frustration your servers have with this guy. We’ve been several other times and had other bussers who were great, there was a lovely lady there for a while who was amazing and so sweet. Still 5 stars because it is a great place, and I always recommend everybody to go there for celebrations or lovely date night! Great food and entertainment. But you’re only as good as your weakest link, and this guy clearly is that link. Hopefully you can find some better server assistants to train and replace him before season starts back up. I’ll still be back many more times, hopefully just with a different busser next time!❤️

  Online says they’re open until 10:00 but opentable has NO reservations after 8:30 on ANY night, and then they are cagey when you try and ask about making later reservations and weird when you try to walk in late. Also the boy who refilled the waters was so rude with 0 personality and also never returned to refill waters again, after waiting almost 10 minutes for him to fill them in the first place.. We had to ask someone who was walking by for refills later on. The whole night we could see him in the corner on his phone texting and laughing with the other bus boy. He was tall and skinny with dark shaggy hair on top and kind of shaven on the sides. Used to love going to this place for date nights or bringing out of town friends to, but can tell staff and likely management has changed, for the worse.
