We arrived early at the Museum of Sex and quickly realized you must wait if you want a guided tour. We opted to explore on our own. Parking was $10 valet with no easy alternatives, and no nearby food or drink options—Wynwood is about 15 minutes away.
The museum section itself was interesting, though some interactive games didn’t work. After the museum, we waited for the live performance. During that wait, the bar was a letdown—they were out of almost everything, offering just a Prosecco and soda water.
When the live show began, the drag performance wasn’t to our taste, and we saw many leave early. A burlesque act followed and was decent, but by then, we were still hungry and found the experience lacking. While the venue has potential, the price felt high for what we experienced. Others may enjoy it, but it wasn’t quite for us.

Warning Spoilers: It was a beautiful experience and I’m glad I went. What started out at a random last minute plan turned out to be a very interesting experience including the history of sex walk down various corridors admiring the different pieces of artwork and the interactive games that were very creative 10/10 would go again.

Went for a valentine weekend date with the wife. The artwork is cool and the games were a lot of fun. Some of the attractions were either broken, not yet installed or closed which was a bummer but the overall experience was great. We plan to go back and see what new stuff they add.

So I think this place has the potential to be a lot better if they actually had what they advertised, especially when people paid a premium to go on Valentine's day. If you've seen ads for this place talking about an immersive experience with dancers and an underwater experience it was completely false advertising unless you show up late at night (which wasn't easy to figure out while booking), but they still charged an absurd price. The interactive part was no different from a run down adult Chuck E Cheese without it. Appreciated a good bit of the art there but it's not okay to charge 60 bucks for a very lackluster experience just because it's Valentine's day.
