So I take some time to post this review objectively, knowing what Disney means for people. The park is not longer at the glory it was, rides suffer countless disruptions, animatronics are quite old not very techonological or impressive, and what surprise me the most, staff is not longer laughing and kind. Disney, turned from a Magic World to a cash machine, is quite evident Park Managment is just focusing on making money more than child experience. One point to rescue tho, the final show still gives goode bumps so kudoos to who decide to keeo that. For me, is just not worth, the cost, the time to see children piling up for 1min rides that you can see in other fair (if the ride is not closed after technical issues), struggling in line to have unhealthy food, among other unpleasant situations. You want give then memories, take them to the beach, to a boat trip, to the mountain, play with them and they will remember you happily ever after..

Back in September my wife and I visited Magic Kingdom and had a horrible experience at the front gate with our wristbands and park passes. We were continuously pushed aside while other guests were let in. We went to Customer Relations where a cast member GUARANTEED us complimentary tickets would be added to both of our accounts for a future visit. Six months later — nothing. No tickets. No resolution. We reached out through Disney chat — denied. We escalated through email multiple times — ignored. A cast member reached out to us and then completely ghosted us. Our emails eventually reached Josh D’Amaro’s office and were handled by Higgins of Executive Correspondence at Walt Disney World Resort. Higgins called me personally and denied our claim using a timestamp as his only evidence — which proves absolutely nothing about what was verbally promised to us by their own cast member. Essentially accusing us of lying. We did everything right. Followed every channel Disney provided. And at every single turn we were failed, dismissed and ignored. BBB and Florida Attorney General complaints have been filed. This is not the Disney that Walt built. The magic is truly gone. ⭐

A Surreal Experience—Pure Magic for the Inner Child Magic Kingdom is simply breathtaking. It’s a place that feels completely surreal, as if you’ve stepped into another world. No matter how old you are, this park has a unique way of bringing out your inner child and making you believe in magic again. The atmosphere, the castle, and the shows are something everyone should experience at least once. However, to truly enjoy it, you need a plan. Here is my advice: arrive early! If you aren't there when the gates open, you're already behind. Also, buying the Lightning Lane (fast pass) is a non-negotiable. The wait times are incredibly long, and without it, you'll spend more time standing in lines than actually enjoying the magic. A word of caution: Not everything in the park is perfect. While most of it is amazing, there are some dining spots and smaller attractions that are honestly underwhelming and not worth the price or the wait. It’s worth doing a little research beforehand to avoid the "bad" spots. Overall, it's a beautiful place, just make sure you go prepared for the crowds!

A fabulous, detailed park with reasonable wait times and brilliant value for money. I would have given 5/5 stars, were it not for these issues: - The biggest concern was the vast amount of plastic waste in the form of disposable cutlery. Every meal I bought came with plastic cutlery to throw away, and the daily plastic waste by the park must be gigantic. - It seemed that only vegan food was marked with a V, so it was not always clear what food was vegetarian. This was not convenient when I was trying to work out what vegetarian food was available across the park. For example, I found a macaroni cheese pie which was vegetarian, but I would never have known, had I not come across it by accident and asked staff if it had meat in, because it was not marked with a V. - The 'free' shuttle service from Disney partner hotel Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista was reliable but too infrequent. I spent my afternoons focussed on when I needed to leave the park so that I would reach the coach in time, and I left early each day to ensure that I would beat any crowds; if the coach had been to crowded for me to get on, I would have needed to wait another hour.

My family emersed ourselves in some Disney magic for the first time. We spent the entire day at Magic Kingdom and I will say the second half was the best part. When we arrived, parking was chaos. We asked about medical/handicap parking and were directed to the lot by staff. We got all the way over there and another staff member sent us back the other way. We ended up having to exit completely and go back through again. The parking cost itself is atrocious to say the least. An additional $27 for standard parking on top of nearly $1,000 for tickets and Memory Maker is an insult. Getting thru the gate didn't take too long and we got to start our adventure. My kids loved going into the shops and finding little trinkets and treasures. We didn't know what to expect but loved the parades. We ventured around and found the little shows. Our favorite was a 3D one, it even had a light spray and scent to make you feel like you were in a real movie. Disney did a great job with making everything look magical and both my kids loved it. Food was super pricey; we had a giant hot dog, fries and corn dogs from Casey's. It was $50 for us 4 which is fairly decent for Disney. The lines weren't too crazy and my kids got to enjoy some rides. We were surprised to find out they did a Starlight parade at night and that was our favorite part! The woman who was by our rope section was so sweet to my kids. I didn't catch her name but she was from Puerto Rico. She gave them stickers and answered their questions. Then it was firework time! My kids were beyond tired at that point so we decided to watch them from the ferry. Overall a fun, but extremely exhausting day! So happy my kids could enjoy the magic. We also did Memory Maker which was the best investment! So many amazing memories.
