Estuvimos esperando muchísimo tiempo para que nos dieran mesa, y aun así dejaron pasar a otras personas antes que nosotros. Éramos una mesa con tres adulto y un niño y en ningún momento se mostraron empáticos con nuestra situación. La mesera, Diana, desde el primer momento no mostró disposición para ayudarnos ni brindarnos un buen servicio.

However, this will be the last time.Because we ordered a house margarita, and it was the weakest drink. Not to mention absurdly costly. So we complained and the manager came out and just said, well, kind of sorry.But too bad. Take us over to the bartender. Who gave us the same drinks in return from a container that already has the house made margaritas premade. We were told if we wanted it stronger, we would have to do a floater, which was an additional four dollars each. They could have cared less. The bartender even told us you should never order the house.Margaritas here, which is pretty sad that they would say that because any other place that you go to outside of this place, house margaritas are really good. But the lack of concern and customer service has just turned us off.And we will now bypass this restaurant... So sad that customer service has gone to such poor quality.That they didn't even care. And for the prices, they're charging, they should have some kind of customer satisfaction.
