  Despite great service from the wait staff and bartenders, the food stole the show based on the small portions and overpricing. It costs enough to stay at the Grand Floridian (in general) so when you add in food that has been sitting or sloppily prepared it adds insult to injury! Do better! If you are going to charge an arm and a leg for food and drinks the least that can be done is it be piping hot and look edible.

  Very pleasant staff. What a mean old fashioned! Must have when dining here. Atmosphere was appropriate for a 2-4 person night out for drinks and conversation (more on the 2 than the 4). Lighting was far too dim where I could barely read the menu (I have good vision for my age) without reading glasses. A lamp at the table would've resolved that (I used my phone). It did seem a bit too cozy with limited seating. I went around 7-8pm and a seat was immediately available. Food was okay, I had the truffle fries and croquettes. Fries tasted good but were too oily for me. I couldn't finish it. Croquettes were a bit on the salty side. Otherwise, the old fashioned! Would visit again in the future to sample their drink menu.

  I’ve been to the enchanted Rose now three times and each time I’ve had excellent service, good food from what they offered on the menu, and overall solid drinks. Yet there is something a bit off about the entire experience and I think I figured out what that is. The enchanted rose, despite the beauty and the beast theme, the decent cocktail selection, and the minimal small plate bites of truffle, fries, and flatbread pizzas, it simply feels like a cash grab by Disney. This is entirely my personal opinion, but there is some warmth and intention, lacking from the entire concept. Like the grand fling isn’t really associated with beauty and the beast and yet it’s starting to for some reason that doesn’t make a ton of sense. And because of that association with beauty and the bees and the styling and the framing, I’m supposed to pay an exorbitant amount for basically a French 75. It just rubs me the wrong way. Again, totally in my opinion. That being said if you want to grab a quick drink or some fries or walk around and look at the decor, the enchanted rose is cool. It’s not a place that I would see myself returning to as the chairs are pretty low and it can be hard to get up from if you have any sort of mobility issues and even though it can be made accessible, the chairs are really heavy and hard to move except with help from Staff so getting someone with a wheelchair, which our party did have, was a little bit trickier than we expected it to be at any Disney restaurant or bar. overall, it’s fine. But if you want an extremely intentional and very unique bar experience at Disney World than nomad lounge at Disney’s Animal Kingdom or trader Sam’s at the Polynesian are 1 million times better than this offering.

  Others hit it well. The food and atmosphere are great. The servers are likely overwhelmed. Water is only filled one time as they are turning over tables. We ordered a drink each and about 5 appetizers. We saw the server during the order and when drinks were delivered. We would have ordered more but we never saw them. I had to literally waive down someone to settle up so we could head out. I’d rather wait longer for a table if they are that short staffed.

  This place is a little pricey but the service and atmosphere is definitely worth it. I asked for an extra dirty, filthy martini. Not only did that bartender accommodate but they gave me some extra olive juice on the side instead of making me a weak martini. My lovely waitress also asked me what kind of olives i wanted which is always appreciated. If you couldn’t already tell, i like olives, so i got the spiced/marinaded olives which were so good too!
