My kids are into star wars especially my oldest. We spent Christmas 🎄 day here and it was not no where near as packed as one might expect. There wasn't a ridiculously long wait to get into the park, there wasn't even really a wait at all tbh. It was super easy to park take the tram car to the front too. The whole build your own light saber experience was sooooo awesome, expensive but awesome! ( over $600 for 2 ) The whole interactive building was incredible experience and they put on a great show doing it and they are super high quality light sabers and they come with a really good case too and they got pins to keep for what type of saber you choose. They also offer you to buy another crystal and both my sons bought another one and my youngest definitely got one of the cracked crystals!!! The rides were amazing as well!! The lines weren't long at all either!! We waited maybe at most 30 mins for only 1. We didn't have the express passes either. We did the ulgas cantina and tbh I was super disappointed with that place. They do group seating where random people sit with you in a booth which I didn't like because there was alot of sick ppl everyday at each park coughing sneezing and the flu is running rampant right now. There options are super limited and the food is ridiculously small for the pricing! I bought 2 drinks in the souvenir cups one in a regular cup and 4 appetizers and with tip it was a few dollars off of $200. I was floored especially for how little food there was. We did the tower of terror as our last ride there and that was terrifying but awesome!! That didn't even have a long wait at alllllll (again we didn't have lightning passes). It was definitely a really fun experience.

If you have someone in your party with disabilities who didn’t qualify for Disney's DAS, go to universal instead. I would NOT recommend DISNEY especially after our most recent visit to Hollywood. Story below > (Not all disabilities are the same and should be handled individually this is just our experience With epilepsy specifically) My epileptic husband qualifies for UNIVERSALS accessibility program and we generally have a better time in the parks because they're more accommodating. He does not qualify for Disney's DAS with epilepsy making navigating the parks extremely difficult with his condition and type of epilepsy. He was denied DAS with DISNEY because they don’t recognize epilepsy as a disability, and classified all types of epilepsy under one umbrella ( which is wrong there are many types and reasons why someone can have epilepsy, and different triggers ). They were unwilling to hear his individual needs in the DAS meeting once they heard he had epilepsy, and immediately dismissed us . In fact it kind of seemed like they were treating us as if we were trying to like “pull one over on them” or “cheat “ the system, despite offering countless doctors letters and anti seizure prescriptions. Since we did not qualify for Disney's DAS they encourages us to seek out accessibility accommodations at each ride. The accessibility access accommodations are a joke, and it felt like I need to haggle with cast member to get my epileptic husband on to rides with us. it also feels like your playing cast member roulette because every ride has different rules with how they handle accessibility. Every cast member is trained differently and there is no consistency. If you need accessibility accommodations cast members treat you as if you’re also trying to “cheat “ and honestly with that system any one can CLAIM anything. Making it very hard for the people with actual accessibility needs to be taken seriously. They also tried to suggested we split up our party also (like two wait in line and two outside of line) which leaves my husband with a toddler who can’t actually help him in a medical emergency. Legally, I shouldn’t have to explain my husbands condition to any cast member but I found myself needing to at every ride which is extremely embarrassing for my husband. He doesn’t want people to know he needs a little extra help. (Very demoralizing and often leaves us feeling bad by the time we get in the ride). Since this was adding a lot of extra heartache we bought fast passes to accommodate. An extra like 400 dollar expense.., to pay extra to accommodate for my husband’s disability, plus another 60 for the wheel chair is WRONG. It seems bad that people with disabilities who don’t qualify for DAS have to pay more to have a comfortable/ equal experience when they should just be approved for DAS. Aparently this complaint has been sent to the “executives” what ever that means . If there is no change to DAS we will be spending our money at universal next year and I encourage other families that have similars experiences to do the same. Also the food didn’t taste as good as last year . Ate at the same places not sure if my experience just also made the food taste bad to me.

Our family is extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Walt Disney World. We attempted to request special accommodations for our son, who cannot tolerate long periods in crowded lines. Being around large groups for extended times causes him severe anxiety, hyperventilation, and emotional distress. Despite explaining this, we were told we did not qualify for accommodations. What makes this even more frustrating is that just prior to this trip, we visited Universal Studios, where the accommodations were outstanding. Universal was proactive, compassionate, and truly family-focused. We were allowed early access to rides and did not have to endure long, overwhelming lines. The difference between the two parks was night and day. We are currently staying at the Boardwalk Resort, paying a significant amount of money to be here, and yet Disney was unwilling to make reasonable efforts to support our family’s needs. This is our third visit to Disney World in the last three years, and after this experience, it will absolutely be our last. Disney promotes itself as a place for families, but in our experience, profit clearly comes before people. There was no flexibility, no empathy, and no sense that our child’s well-being mattered. Because of this, Disney World will never receive our money again. Families deserve to feel supported, not dismissed—especially when their children are struggling. Unfortunately, Disney failed us completely.
