  Very unprofessional service. Was treated poorly by staff member “Mo” ( from Missouri). I called Disney customer service and no cordial follow up. Very disappointed with Disney on the customer service side. I can see why the stock price is where is it is. I do not recommend coming to Dance Hall Disney Boardwalk. Very poor customer service.

  I was there on Saturday. The Dj's were amazing and played great music . The place was pretty packed. Everyone looked like they were having a great time. I was also having a great time. There was only one bar open which was at least a 20-25 min wait, the line went to the back of the club. We were able to get one drink. Many people were complaining and left. I went up to the management to ask if he was going to open another bar he stated no . I explained many people are leaving. He told us to go down the boardwalk buy a drink at Margaritas and bring the drink back. Why would I leave , walk down the boardwalk for a drink ? I am a local. My party decided to leave although we were having fun. As we left I let the manger know again many people are leaving he said yeah I know I see them all leaving in a sarcastic tone.

  I call this place the “Disney Disco.” Ready to get your boogie oogie oogie on?! The Atlantic Dance Hall is located on Crescent Lake in between the Boardwalk Resort and the Yacht Club Resort. There is no parking lot for this building. You need to walk over from one of the resorts, either from staying there, dining there, or taking a bus over from another Disney place. 🪩 The large ballroom is decorated in an Art Deco style, very visually appealing, and the lights are low, so you can dance poorly without making a spectacle of yourself. When not dancing, order a drink from the bar, sit in chairs at tables inside, or stand on balconies that overlook the lake. The bathrooms here are 5 Stars- roomy, clean, and well decorated. 🪩A live DJ plays music from the 80s and 90s and some recent songs too. You can request particular songs from the DJ - we asked him for some disco. 🪩 I’ve been here on several girl’s nights, and not once has it been busy. In fact, it would be nice if there were more people dancing so you didn’t feel like you were dancing by yourself. This is a nice spot for a date or a place to bring a large friends group. 🪩This is not a place for kids - you must be 21 or older to be admitted, and there’s a Cast Member posted at the door to ensure compliance. Best thing about it? It’s free to get in. The only other thing you get for free at Disney is napkins and straws, so bust some dance moves and enjoy yourself!
