  I was just going to write the same exact thing @bryanboehmer wrote! Went with my family of 4 and spent $160 for the 2 hr arcade games. ALOT of games were “out of service” or had a frozen screen. No prizes given for points earned which I understand wasn’t included but with that much money being spent it should’ve been included. Total scam indeed. I regret not going to Dave & Busters. Less spending, more fun there. We wanted to give this place a try. What a total waste!!! Don’t say we didn’t tell you so!!!

  The rudest staff I have ever encountered! Half of the games in the arcade were not working! Ski ball charged our card four times we only played once had to have them refunded. Then my husband and I went to the basketball game that game charged my husband 10 times in one minute. When we went to address this with the staff, the gentleman upfront was laughing and said the Manager Carmen said she was not coming to the front because she was busy trying to do her end of the night duties . I told the gentleman I was not leaving until she came to the front and talk to me. She eventually came with the biggest attitude! We showed her where the game charged us 10 times and she had the audacity to say well what do you want me to do about it?!! Like really? I wanted to say, how would you feel if someone stole your money?! (That’s basically what it did). I looked on their website for a number or an email I could I can’t find anything.!! We will never come back! I am so disappointed as this was our date night and we haven’t had one in over five months! I am so utterly upset with how rude and unprofessional the staff was!

  Overall very disappointed with this arcade. If you are going for anything but lazer tag and go carts beware. We took our family of 5 for a night of fun on new years eve during vacation and left feeling this place was more of a scam than entertainment. Staff was OK but not really helpful outside of main purchase of tickets and game cards. The place was fairly clean and looked fun otherwise I would have gave it a 1 star. Where we had our main issue was the acarde games were almost all broken or flawed to the point they don't work and rip you off your points/money on the card. I would guess I wasted 30 to 40 dollars atleast on flawed games that didn't work or components in the game did not work such as claw machines not opening hands, shooting games (Laura Croft, men in black) that triggers did not work so you would start the game but could not play it taking your points. Driving games that pedals were not working. I would guess half of the games in the place would not work or even allow you to play, making it hard for kids to play together on games. I will say their prize room to claim your tickets had a lot to choose from and was fair on amounts but good luck finding games that work to get tickets. Corn pushers were my best luck for tickets. Putt putt golf was not very well done either. Very basic layouts with poorly designed courses where challenges wouldn't work, such has lips on objects to big for balls to go through or allow you to play. The only cool part was visual to the black lights. All and all we would never come back, I spent over 250 bucks in less than 2 hours and feel like I got ripped off on the arcades. We did not do go carts and Lazer tag but from what I seen those at least worked and appeared to be decent but we were weary after our initial experience and frankly didn't feel like giving them any more of our money. If you choose to go good luck.

  Elev8 Fun in Jensen Beach is a solid spot when you want everything in one place. There’s plenty to do, so no one gets bored, and the layout makes it easy to move between activities without feeling crowded. It’s well-kept, runs smoothly, and feels organized even during busy times. Great option for families, teens, or anyone looking to burn off some energy and have fun without having to plan multiple stops.

  Extremely dangerous. Looks like a family friendly go cart track but it is not. Do not ride the go carts unless you are prepared to be a crash test dummy. We were paired with a group of six younger guys and the rules shown on the safety video went completely out the window. Eight cars is way too many on the track if you want to be able to avoid aggressive people. If you have kids or don’t want to get hurt avoid it. Was crashed into at full speed six times in a five minute race by the same aggressive driver. The attendants never waved a flag or asked the aggressor to stop intentionally crashing into people. It was stated in the safety video intentional bumping would not be permitted. After the first crash we all should have all have been stopped and the aggressor be warned or removed per their rules. No one was watching the track. It was extremely scary and there was no way to leave the track once the race started. Was like being in six bad car accidents all at once and no way to avoid someone ramming from behind at full speed. Day after I feel like I was hit by a semi truck. For reference I’m 38 with no pre existing conditions. I’m 5’6 and normal weight. The place is also extremely expensive. Many of the arcade games were broken or malfunctioning. They also do not advertise that if you purchase a timed play card you don’t get tickets. Was extremely disappointed after an hour play and acquiring what should have been 500+ tickets to find out the ticket balance was $0. One go cart race for two people plus an hour play card was $85.
