- MDMonica DitchAug 24, 20255.0NOVA has a lovely, welcoming environment! The instructors are kind, give great corrections, and learn who you are. The space is clean, well laid out, functional, and pretty! It's been a great place to get "back to ballet" after a post-college hiatus. I also love that I can sit down and have a cup of tea before class. I can't recommend NOVA enough to anyone looking for adult dance classes!

Their $10 for 10 days of classes is a wonderful way to try out which classes fit best with your schedule and their memberships are 100% worth it. All of the yoga instructors and dance teachers are so welcoming and provide modifications so classes are accessible for as many people as possible. Their dance academy is stellar!! There's plenty of opportunities for recitals too. Ive only been a member for a few months but I already know I'll be here for a long time.
