  I took my friends for their birthday as a member of The hard rock I am always treated with world class service except for the Daer South Fl I spent $765.89 and I regret every penny. A glow pool party you can’t even get into the pool nothing “ glowing “ or “ black light” about it. Worst service ever I regret spending every penny I was so embarrassed I took my friends here. I recommend anywhere in The Hardrock casino except here ! I was so embarrassed I’ll never come back here again ! Know the Servers and security and my OWN FRIENDS that work their told me they were so embarrassed to promoted a. Pool party you can’t get into the pool. No one understood why you couldn’t get into the swim glow pool party and not swim and nothing glowing. As someone who spent over $700 I never recommend this place to anyone again The hard rock is amazing and has beautiful ambience but never go to @DaerClub my biggest regret in the life of Miami. Not worth Pennie’s to the dollar. I would rather take my friends to WYNWOOD MIAMI and get treated like a celebrity for $257.84 including gratuity then ever go to this club ever again I will never go back here again

  Went to The Rooftop Saturday November 6, 2021 to hear Mister Nice Guy band. We've seen them at several venues the past few years. They do a great show, lots of energy, fantastic musicians! However, the venue leaves much to be desired. There was no charge for general admission. Doors opened at 8. All publicity said band plays 8-11 (or whenever), but band didn't start till closer to 9. We sat on one of the sofas, but were run off, within minutes, by a manager, of sorts, who told us ALL OF THE TABLES, AND SEATING WERE RESERVED... $300 for a 4-top table, $500 or more for larger. As you can see from my photos, the tables were not being used, after the band started, and through the first set (about 10:20 or so). 90% of the people there were General Admission, crowded around the bar or front of stage. Definitely not a "user friendly" venue. MNG... you should re-consider where you play.

  Super disappointed in this club. They forgot to spend money while building this place out. Audio and especially visual systems are lacking. DJ booth isnt elevated so you cant see the artist. Only experienced the inside so not rating the outside club, hope that's better!
