AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I'm not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from, potentially simply due to the staff onboard as they all are very kind, but the experience is not at all worth what it costs. You'd be better off going literally anywhere else but here. My family and I had one of the worst experiences we've had in a while going out and many other people on our train cart had a bad experience as well (although of course you are more likely to see the good reviews than the bad, because most of the people would rather go on with their day than write a review). I wish I took more photos of this experience, but I was just in shock about how bad this experience felt for us all. FOOD When we first sat down, we were greated with the appetizer, which was basically just cheez wiz on a platter with some fresh, some moulded grapes. Followed this up with a corn chowder dish, which was ok. Then for the main course, we tried all 3 options - prime rib, salmon and chicken. In our cart alone we saw the prime rib dish go back at least 4 times, the salmon dish went back at least twice and the chicken went back once. Out of all of the dishes, the chicken was the most edible but extremely dry and not the most comfortable to eat. Everything there tastes like it was cooked (not reheated, actually COOKED) in a microwave and not at all the dining experience we expected. One of us did not even eat most of her meal because of how inedible it was for her and the staff packed everything stacked on top of each other (prime rib, rice and green beans) in an aluminium foil swan - not even a box! So this of course was soggy when we got back home, thank goodness she wasn't planning to eat it anyway. DRINKS An equally substandard experience. What should have been a simple margarita (lime, sugar, tequila) was full of apple juice for whatever reason??? The Old Fashioned tasted so vinegary it was difficult to drink. Even the couple across from us could barely keep it down. The wine was extremely low quality and very expensive. The staff seemed to frequently be replacing drinks for many other people in our cart including our party. PERFORMANCES The staff on board were very kind and its nice that they were so animated during the performance. This would have been a better experience with just the murder mystery and not the dinner part, which you unfortunately pay a substantial amount for. Although the performances felt few and far between so the mystery itself felt very disjointed. They did maybe 5 scenes in total, so 1 scene every 40 minutes, so its quite hard to keep up and remember what's going on although they do give you a paper and pen to keep notes with. ATMOSPHERE The train itself smelled of stale air. They have air conditioning, but the experience was very muggy and uncomfortable throughout. Not the best environment to be able to enjoy a meal in. Could have gotten past this if the food wasn't so bad. Due to our unfortunate experience, we were sent a hefty gift certificate to come back and try the murder mystery train again to experience it "how it should have been", but this is not at all an experience we would have wanted to repeat nor could this have been amendable with anything other than a full or partial refund for how disappointing this whole thing was. I highly recommend NOT going here, especially if you are there to celebrate an important day. We only went because of all the good reviews, but we honestly had such a horrible experience. I truly hate writing bad reviews for places, I'd rather not say anything at all, but I think it's important that people know there is another side to this experience than what is shown in these reviews. Had we seen a review like this it would have saved us upwards of $800 and we could've had a much better experience literally anywhere else in South Florida.

What an amazing and fun experience. Took the Thanksgiving ride and highly recommend any time and trip that they offer. As always location and parking are first and both are excellent and plentiful. Boarded by car description and and greeted by Olivia who was so very attentive and pleasant throughout the hours. Table's only seat four so our group of five were in two tables but right across from each other. Make sure when you make reservations and your group is larger than four that you let them know. We were lucky and sat with a very pleasant couple but know that's always a chance. Table's were set with a nice fruit and cheese tray but know that additional crackers are not available. Since this was the Thanksgiving ride the menu was set with Ceaser Salad, Corn Chowder soup, then two nice slices of White Meat Turkey, mashed potatoes, string beans, Cranberry and squash. All were great, hot and enough that several guests took some home. The mystery player's were such a joy and made the experience well worth the costs.
