Believe the other negative reviews!! Brought my family of 6 and was a huge letdown. Half of the rides/attractions weren’t even open (maybe morethab half), which we had no idea about because nothing was posted online or on their social media. We paid extra for a cabana in a certain spot so the kids would be close to what we planned around, and when we got there they just stuck us somewhere else. The crazy part is NONE of the other cabanas were being used, so there was no reason for it.
On top of that, our cabana “server” was also working as a lifeguard. She was nice, but obviously couldn’t be in two places at once, so we basically got no service at all. Definitely not worth the money. The cabana itself, is not what you would think of as a cabana. Its not closed in, no privacy, no lounge chairs, not even an outlet. It's a picnic table right in middle of main walkway
Update: we have tried calling the phone number provided and have received 0 assistance.

I usually love coming to this place once every summer but this time I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Paid full prices for myself. My 4 years old, and. My 13 year old. My oat the of the attractions for the little ones were closed only one part was open. Wave pool was broke and little over HALF THE PARK was not operating. Not because they were down just because they lacked staff. Thought I’d was severely messed up to get charged full prices especially for my little one that could little only be in one park of the entire park the whole time was wrong. Less then half the park being closed should have been has the price of the ticket abut looks like this will be my last year coming back! Shame on you Big Kahunas!!

We decided to try this park for the first time, even though we had heard mixed reviews. Our thought was that if we enjoyed it, we might purchase season passes next year. Unfortunately, I can say with complete certainty that we will not be doing that.
We paid full price for admission, yet more than half of the park was shut down. When I spoke with a few lifeguards, they explained that because it was the last weekend of the season, only 15–20 lifeguards were on duty. While I can understand staffing challenges, the park should have either clearly posted signs in advance, reduced ticket prices, or closed for the season altogether. Paying full price for such a limited experience was extremely disappointing and felt unfair to guests.
I would not recommend spending your money here.
